Right now,

I invite you to get really comfortable,

Ideally lying down on your back,

Placing one hand on your heart and your other hand on your belly button,

Closing your eyes,

Focusing your mind on following the airflow in and out of your body as you breathe deep and slow,

Becoming aware of any areas of tension inside your body,

Inviting the airflow right into the tension,

To soak in to the tightness,

Moving through it effortlessly,

As you breathe deeply and slowly,

Breathing right into any emotional tension,

Where you feel stress,

Anger,

Anxiety,

Sadness,

Or fear,

Embracing it with your breath,

Allowing the airflow to soak in to the body,

Below the tension,

Breathing and receiving the air flow.

Like warm waves of the ocean,

Gently cleansing those deep emotions,

Letting all your thoughts to naturally arise,

Imagining they're floating off into the sky,

As you refocus your attention on following the airflow back into the body,

Breathing easy,

As the air flow soaks in,

Allowing the airflow,

Your mind and body,

Breathing and receiving the air flow,

As you breathing and receiving pure life force,

Energy,

Strengthening you and all around you,

Always remembering the way to this peaceful inner place,

Breathing deep and slow,

And remembering to say,

I'm okay,

I'm okay,

I am okay,

And using our mind to visualize the room we're in,

Starting to see the floor,

The walls,

The ceiling,

And the door,

Starting to feel our body weight in space,

Right where our skin meets that surface,

We're lying down on,

Sitting up in,

Starting to feel our connection to the planet grow stronger and stronger,

As we anchor into it,

Allowing your very next breath to pull you 100% into this moment right now,

And starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Your ankles and your wrists,

Your knees,

And your elbows,

Your shoulders,

And your neck,

And open up your eyes when you're ready.
