Right now,

I invite you to get really comfortable either lying down on your back,

Placing one hand on your heart and your other hand on your stomach,

Or you can sit up straight in a nice comfortable chair,

Closing your eyes,

Focusing your mind on what the airflow feels like as you breathe deep and slow.

Imagining,

Breathing through any tension in your body,

Wherever it may be.

Breathing deep and slow,

Allowing your body to breathe in the air,

Allowing the airflow just to move through that tension,

Unlocking it and releasing it effortlessly as you breathe.

Receiving more and more airflow to all those parts of the body.

That we're tense and tight.

Letting the airflow get right in there.

Bringing more oxygen.

More air.

And more life force.

Breathing deep and slow.

On your next breath in,

Bringing all of your attention right to where the airflow softly touches the very tip of your nose.

Breathing deep and slow.

Letting the airflow in a little further,

Allowing it to open up your sinuses.

Each breath becoming easier and easier to breathe.

Breathing deep and slow.

Letting the airflow a little further,

Allowing it to unlock and release all the tension from behind your eyes.

Breathing deep and slow.

Letting the airflow to bring oxygen,

Allowing all those parts of your brain that were overworked to finally rest,

Restore,

And feel nourished.

Breathing deep and slow.

Following the airflow down into your throat.

Breathing and releasing tension all throughout your neck.

Breathing deeper and slower.

Letting the airflow even lower down into your lungs as they fill up with life force right now.

Receiving energy.

Receiving the warm waves of life force effortlessly.

As you're breathing.

Washing over you.

Through you.

Completely freeing you from anything that ever bothered you.

Breathing deeper and slower.

Letting the airflow down into your throat.

Letting the airflow as it softly swirls throughout your heart.

Cleansing every cell of tension.

Healing every layer.

Enlightening every part.

Letting the airflow down into your throat.

Breathing deeper and slower.

Breathing and receiving.

Letting the airflow down into your throat.

Letting the airflow down into your throat.

Redealing from your center.

Through your skin.

Saturating every cell with the eternal life force from within.

Letting the airflow down into your throat.

Always remembering the way to this peaceful inner place.

Touching the tension.

Breathing deep and slow.

And remembering to say,

I'm okay.

I am okay.

And using your mind to visualize the room you're in.

Seeing the floor,

The walls,

The ceiling,

And the door.

Starting to feel your body weight and space right where your skin meets that surface you're lying down on or sitting in.

Really feeling those deep,

Slow breaths.

Cleanse you.

Heal you.

And move through you.

Effortlessly.

Every time as you breathe.

And starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Your ankles and your wrists.

Your knees and your elbows.

Your shoulders and your neck.

Allowing your very next breath to pull you fully into this moment.

Right now.

And open up your eyes when you're ready.
