Welcome to another guided meditation.

Right now I encourage you to get really comfortable,

Ideally lying down on your back,

Placing one hand on your heart and your other hand on your belly button.

Closing your eyes,

Breathing deep and slow,

Just following the air flow with your mind.

Breathing those deep,

Slow breaths into the very center of your chest.

Allowing the air flow to unlock and release tension all around your heart effortlessly as you breathe.

Breathing a little deeper and a little slower,

Noticing that your heart rate starts to relax as it beats a little slower.

Really feeling the air flow swirl throughout your chest in your very next breath,

Unlocking and releasing tension from deep within.

Breathing deep and slow,

Allowing the air flow to go below your heart,

Right underneath it,

Allowing the air flow to warm it,

Bringing more comfort.

As you continue to breathe in and out,

You're going to feel the air flow.

Your heart begins to receive more and more warmth and love.

As it begins to arise from the bottom to above,

You're going to feel the air flow slowly rise and fall,

Allowing the warm air flow to move through the chambers of your heart,

Melting down anything that was bothering you from the inside out.

Breathing deep and slow,

Allowing the air flow to warm up.

Unlocking and releasing tension as you breathe deeply and slowly.

Breathing deep and slow,

Allowing the air flow to move through the chambers of your heart,

Melting down anything that was bothering you from the bottom to above.

Following the air flow as you breathe deep and slow.

Breathing deep and slow,

Allowing the air flow to move into that area of your heart that's still held on to tension.

Allowing the life force to move through the tightness.

Gently unlocking it.

Completely unraveling it.

And effortlessly releasing it into the light.

As you breathe,

You receive.

Breathing in the light.

As it melts away,

Anything that was tight.

Breathing in the light.

Breathing in the light.

Each breath expands the light.

In all directions.

Breathing in the light.

Your center.

With your source.

Allowing your divinity to flow through your heart.

To flow freely.

All throughout your body.

All throughout your body.

Allowing eternity to align you mentally,

Physically,

And physically.

Physically.

Emotionally.

And spiritually.

Always remembering the way to this peaceful inner place.

Touching the tension.

Breathing deep and slow.

And remembering to say,

I'm okay.

I'm okay.

I am okay.

And using your mind to visualize the room you're in.

Seeing the floor,

The walls,

The ceiling,

And the door.

Starting to feel your body weight in space.

More and more.

As you breathe.

Allowing your breath.

To pull you fully.

Into this moment.

Right now.

Complete you.

Always.

Empower you.

And opening up your eyes when you're ready.

And your shoulders and your neck.
