Right now,

I invite you to get really comfortable,

Ideally lying down on your back,

Placing one hand on your heart and your other hand on your belly button.

Closing your eyes,

Focusing your mind on the airflow as you breathe deep and slow.

Embracing any tension in your body with your breath.

By imagining the airflow,

Moving right through any tense areas that were bothering you.

Breathing deeper and slower,

Bringing all of your attention from your very next breath in,

Right to where the airflow softly touches the very tip of your nose.

Breathing deep and slow,

Following the airflow in a little further as it moves through your sinuses,

Opening them up wider and wider,

Each breath becoming easier and easier to breathe.

Breathing deep and slow,

Following the airflow a little further.

Allowing it to unlock and release all the tension from behind your eyes.

Breathing deeper and slower,

Following the airflow all the way towards the far back of your mind,

Unlocking thoughts and releasing worries so your brain can truly unwind.

Allowing the airflow to gently circulate throughout your brain,

Bringing deep levels of relaxation to all those parts that were overworked and super busy.

Allowing the airflow to rejuvenate it effortlessly.

Restoring more and more balance.

As you breathe deeply and slowly,

Now following the airflow down into your throat.

Effortlessly unlocking and releasing tension all throughout your neck.

All the way up into your brain stem.

All the way up into your throat.

Effortlessly allowing realignment mentally,

Physically,

And emotionally.

Allowing tension to unlock and release from your shoulders.

And all around your spine.

Right now.

Breathing deep.

And slow.

Following the airflow down into your lungs as they fill up with life force right now.

As you breathe,

You receive.

You receive warm waves of life force from the inside out.

As you breathe deeper.

The waves get warmer.

And the waves get colder.

As you breathe slower.

The waves start to glow.

And effortlessly start to melt down tension.

All throughout your chest.

And your very next breath.

Allowing the life force to move towards your heart.

Unlocking and releasing all the surrounding anxiety.

And fears.

And old memories.

Where we felt unsafe.

Replacing all that space.

With our very own divine essence.

Right now.

Allowing your heart to open up.

And receive that luscious,

Beautiful life force.

Effortlessly.

As you breathe.

Allowing the life force further.

Moving through the deeper layers of your heart.

Instantly healing.

Anything that ever bothered you.

As you follow life force.

Deeper.

Space.

As you breathe wider.

As you breathe deeper.

As you breathe deeper.

As you move slowly.

And grows.

And brighter.

Bringing you directly to the source.

Saturating.

Every part.

Of your heart.

With self-love.

Right now.

Effortlessly.

Seeing through.

All the rigors.

Of this reality.

With the part of us.

All of us.

Self-love.

Forgiveness.

And acceptance.

And using your mind to visualize the room you're in.

Seeing the floor,

The walls,

The ceiling,

And the door.

Receiving all that life force with each deep,

Slow breath.

Allowing the airflow to saturate your cells.

Allowing you to restore your energy.

Effortlessly.

Starting to feel your body weight and space.

Right where your skin meets that surface.

You're lying down on or sitting in.

That gravitational pull to the planet.

Strengthening it.

As you breathe.

Allowing your very next breath to pull you fully into this moment.

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
