Welcome to today's guided meditation.

Right now I invite you to get really comfortable,

Ideally lying down on your back,

Placing one hand on your heart and your other hand on your belly button.

Or you could sit up straight in a nice comfortable chair.

Closing your eyes,

Focusing your mind on breathing deep and slow.

Just letting the air flow,

Help your body and mind to let go.

Moving through any tightness or tension,

Imagining the air flow,

Moving through anything that was bothering you.

Seeing yourself breathing through it,

Unlocking and releasing all attention.

And on your next breath in,

Bringing all of your attention right to where the air flow softly touches the very tip of your nose.

Breathing deep and slow,

Following the air flow into your nose.

Letting it move through your sinuses,

Opening them up wider and wider as each breath becomes easier and easier to breathe.

Breathing deep and slow,

Following the air flow a little further,

Allowing it to unlock and release all the tension from behind your eyes.

Breathing a little deeper and a little slower,

Following the air flow all the way to the far back of your mind.

Breathing and releasing all those thoughts and worries so your brain can just unwind and breathe.

Breathing deeper and slower,

Following the air flow lower,

Down into your throat,

Into your neck,

Unlocking and releasing tension all throughout your neck.

Breathing even deeper and even slower,

Following the air flow even lower,

Down into your lungs,

As they fill up with the infinite life force,

Allowing the life force to permeate all throughout your body.

Unlocking and releasing physically,

Mentally,

And physically.

And emotionally.

Allowing the waves,

Warm,

Gentle life force.

To effortlessly roll through you.

As you breathe in and out.

Receiving more and more life force.

As you are breathing.

Each endless wave of luscious life force absorbing into your body like a sponge.

Your joints.

Your ligaments.

Your muscles.

Your organs.

Allowing the life force.

To radiate from your center.

Soaking every cell.

Shining through your skin.

Breathing.

And receiving.

Your own divine light from within.

Always remembering the way to this peaceful inner place.

Touching the tension.

Breathing deep and slow.

And remembering to say,

I'm okay.

I am okay.

I am okay.

And using your imagination to visualize the room you're in.

Seeing the floor,

The walls,

The ceiling,

And the door.

Starting to feel your body weight and space.

Right where your skin meets that surface.

You're lying down on or sitting in.

Starting to feel that gravitational pull on your body.

Grounding you to the planet.

As you breathe deeper,

More of your awareness awakens into this very moment.

Right now.

And starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Your ankles and your wrists.

Your knees and your elbows.

Your shoulders and your neck.

And open up your eyes when you're ready.
