So thanks so much for being here for another guided meditation.

So honored to spend time with you and relax and unwind together.

So I invite you to get really comfortable,

Ideally lying down on your back,

Placing one hand on your heart and your other hand on your stomach.

Or you could sit up with your spine straight whichever you prefer.

And close your eyes,

Focusing your mind on your breath,

Feeling it rise and fall within your chest,

Seeing if you could breathe a little deeper into your abdomen.

Just following the airflow in and out of your body as you breathe deep and slow.

Becoming aware of any tension in your body and just imagining the airflow.

Moving right through it as you breathe.

Unlocking and releasing that tension.

And naturally letting it go as you breathe deep and slow.

Allowing the airflow to move towards your heart.

Gently unlocking and releasing tension from every single part.

Breathing deep and slow into the center of your chest.

Unlocking and releasing all the tension with your next breath.

Allowing the airflow to effortlessly move through all those layers of emotion.

Of thought.

And tension.

From anything that ever bothered you.

Breathing deeper and slower.

Melting it down from the inside out.

Effortlessly letting go.

Breathing deep and slow.

Allowing the airflow to move towards your heart.

Each breath bringing in more life force.

Finding the space wider and wider in all directions.

Increasing your capacity.

Your capacity to hold life force energy.

Your capacity to hold life force energy.

Allowing the life force to heal old conflicts within you.

Allowing the life force to heal old conflicts within you.

Allowing you to feel reconnected.

One.

Complete.

Allowing you to feel reconnected.

Expanding that divine open space from that deep inner place.

Your shoulders and your neck.

And open up your eyes when you're ready.
