Welcome to another stress-fit meditation.
Thoughts are inherent within all sounds.
The natural humming energy of Aum exists all around us.
Aum vibrates at the frequency of 432 Hz,
Which is the same frequency as everything in nature.
If we create them with our own voice through chanting,
We can alter our state of consciousness and heighten our awareness.
Aum is considered sacred and resonates a high spiritual and creative energy.
Chanting Aum creates harmony between the mind,
Body,
And soul.
The mantra Aum represents the basic sound of the universe,
The cosmic vibration that gives birth to all other sounds.
Chanting that vibrates in air produces sound and creates harmonics.
This is because sound has a frequency.
It vibrates,
Dissipates,
And permeates other sounds.
It also shapes matter and can influence the operation of the total human system.
Aum Aum Aum Try now gently chanting Aum to yourself.
Aum can be chanted slowly or quickly,
And each method is as good as the other.
You must experiment yourself to find out your own preference.
The stretched out A sound begins at the back of your throat,
And as it is stretched out,
You will begin to sense your chest and solar plexus vibrating.
The stretched out O sound will gradually resonate along your upper palate,
Creating vibrations in your throat.
The prolonged M sound,
The last syllable,
Is created via the transition from the M to the deep silence of the infinite.
The simplest way to chant is to start with a long O sound and then close the mouth to make the sound of M until you have expelled as much air out of the lungs as you comfortably can.
So take a few moments to practice your Aum.

Gently close your eyes and place your hands on your knees.
Now let go and allow yourself to embrace this practice.

Just letting go and allowing yourself to just be.
Just relax.
Let go.
Center yourself in your breath.
Focusing on each breath.
Follow your breath for the next few moments.

Repeating this until you hear the sound of the bell.
Then allow yourself to feel the vibration of the Aum sound resonating through every single cell in your body.
