I will ask you to get into a comfortable position for this practice.

Maintain an upright posture.

Place your hands on your knees.

Or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.

Quickly close your eyes and your mouth.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in through the nose.

And out through the nose.

In through the nose.

And out through the nose.

Continue to breathe in and out through your nose.

Let's start this practice by monitoring your thoughts.

Allow all your thoughts to appear in your field of awareness.

Do not resist.

Do not identify with any thoughts.

Just allow your thoughts to appear and disappear.

Just simply be as you are here and now.

Now is the time to bring up all the memories that cause you suffering or pain.

Allow your body to feel the currents of energy associated with these memories.

Simply observe,

Embrace and witness this energy.

Remember that these feelings are ultimately forms of energy.

Allow your body to feel this.

Allow it to flow through your channels of feeling.

And now completely surrender.

Embrace this energy without any judgements or interpretation.

Realizing your truth is far beyond the emotions associated with your memories.

Just simply observe.

When you don't resist or identify with memories that cause you suffering,

The charge of energy starts to weaken.

Now use this silence to embrace your unsettled energy from a non-local place.

Allow your body to feel without any identification.

Just breathe.

Smile.

And trust your body to liberate this energy from your field of awareness.

Embrace this energy without any judgements or interpretation.

Just simply observe.

And now completely surrender.

Think of this process as gardening the weeds from the past to allow the new flowers of the present to take place.

You cannot be what you observe.

Your thoughts,

Emotions and your environment are all objects in your field of awareness.

When you identify with objects outside of yourself,

You move your being from a mystical state to a physical experience.

From the limitless self,

You become the limiting body.

Now internalize your attention and be aware of the feelings that you have been harboring.

Smile and joyfully embrace these emotions,

Knowing that your true nature is the observer to these emotions.

You cannot be the emotions you observe.

Only if you identify do you limit your being to reflect your identifications.

Observe.

Witness.

And realize you are not your suffering.

Extend.

Your being exists in the infinite space,

The space of possibility,

The space of potentiality,

The space of silence.

Your being exists in the infinite space,

The space of potentiality,

The space of silence.

Now let's move into the space of liberation.

Knowing your true essence is far greater than anything physical is enough to ammunition you to smile and allow anything from the past to be liberated from your body.

Releasing unwanted energies from your body will only increase your vitality,

Creating better health and well-being.

The time now begins for liberation.

Become aware of the sound or beat of your heart.

Become aware of the pulse of your heartbeat.

Be aware of the pulse that is happening within every cell.

Be aware without effort.

Effortless noticing.

Keep your awareness spacious.

No resistance.

No regrets.

No anticipation.

Just accept this moment as it is.

If you get distracted,

Come back to this moment.

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

Be aware of the sensation of you breathing.

Am I aware?

When you are aware of your being,

You become effortless.

I am aware.

A wise man once said,

You are a divine essence that has embodied a vessel,

A genetic spacesuit called the human body.

Realize your truth is far greater than anything you feel from your past experiences.

Do not intellectually process your truth.

Feel it.

Sense it.

And embrace it.

Now come back to your breath.

Effortlessly notice your breath for the next few moments.

Now bring your hands into prayer position.

Mentally repeat after me.

I define myself through the power of my presence.

I am peace.

I am love.

I am joy.

My past no longer confines me.

I am free.

My future is now.

I take a vow to live my life unconditionally.

To express and experience with all of my being.

Bring your hands close to your eyes without touching.

Transfer the energy into your eyes.

Only open your eyes when you are ready.
