
Raise Your Vibe

Every cell in the body emits a frequency to add ot the collective vibrational field of the body. In this practice, we will first relax the body into a calmful state before tuning the senses inwardly to feel the bodies muscles. Take this journey within and Raise Your Vibe.
Transcript
Sit in any comfortable meditative posture.
Spinal column erect.
Open a nice straight back.
With your hands on your knees or palms facing up if you wish to lay down,
Gently close your eyes and mouth.
Let's start by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
In through the nose and out through the nose.
Focus on your breath.
Draw in as much oxygen as you can into your belly.
Expand your abdominal region with each in-going breath.
And simply relax your abdominal region with each outgoing breath.
Take in as much oxygen as you can.
Allow your body to absorb this oxygen by pausing at the top of your breath.
Saturate your cells full of oxygen.
Now extend your pause a little bit longer,
Making each breath slower than the last.
Start to extend your pause more and more with each breath.
While you hold your breath,
Tune into your heartbeat.
And you feel your heartbeat.
Now just let go of your breath,
Allowing your natural harmonious breath to take place.
There's no need to interrupt or disturb the flow of your natural breath.
Allow each breath to take you into a deeper state of relaxation.
Feel the coolness spread with each in-going breath.
Feel the calmness taking place with each outgoing breath.
Experience body posture becoming steady and still.
There should be no tension in any part of the body.
Attempt to allow all your muscles to be completely relaxed.
Now mentally scan your body from head to toe.
And be aware of any of the body parts that don't feel relaxed.
With each breath,
Allow the relaxation being generated by your breath to spread throughout your whole body,
And especially into the muscles that are not yet relaxed.
Now we are going to count down from 11.
You're going to listen to my count and follow me.
With each number we count down,
You will feel more and more relaxed,
Coming to full relaxation when I get to one.
Be aware of your breath.
Mentally scan your body from head to toe.
Allow your body to be fully relaxed.
Eight,
Express gratitude and compassion from deep within your heart.
Seven,
Completely let go.
Six,
Breathe in and out from your third eye center.
Five,
Feel how relaxed your body is.
Four,
Embrace the stillness and silence that surrounds you now.
Three,
Become one with this moment.
Two,
Be proud of who you are and give yourself self-love.
One,
Completely surrender to this experience.
Surrender yourself in this relaxation for the next few moments.
Allow each breath to take you deeper and deeper into your body.
Feel your body vibrate.
Feel the aliveness in your body.
Start with your hands,
Feel the warmth of your hands.
Feel all the little cells that make up your hands.
Now go deeper into your cells and feel your blood.
Go deeper than your blood and feel the molecules that make up your hands.
Feel the energetic radiance coming from your hands.
Feel the energy as it vibrates deep within your hands.
Connect with this vibration.
Now let's spread this vibration throughout the whole body.
Starting from your hands to your arms,
Feel your arms vibrate.
Feel your shoulders vibrate.
Your neck,
Feel your neck vibrate.
Your back,
Feel your back vibrate.
Your stomach,
Feel your stomach vibrate.
Your chest,
Feel your chest vibrate.
Your legs,
Feel your legs vibrate.
Now focus your attention on your face,
Starting with your eyes.
Feel all the little cells that make up your eyes and feel your eyes vibrate.
Allow this vibration to spread throughout your whole face and feel your whole face vibrating.
Now feel your whole body vibrate.
Next we are going to count up from 1 to 11.
You are going to listen to my count and follow with me.
With each number I want you to feel more and more recharged.
Finally when we get to 11,
Feeling fully recharged and rejuvenated.
One be aware of your whole body from head to toe.
Two focus on your heart center radiating a powerful immense green energy.
Three feel every little cell in your body come alive.
Four feel your body burn up as if it were on fire.
Five feel big phoenix wings spread out from your back.
Six feel these wings lift you up as they flop and thrust the air below you.
Seven feel yourself suspended in the sky on fire like a phoenix.
Eight feel every cell in your body becoming recharged and rejuvenated.
Nine visualize yourself being showered in golden violet and blue light.
Ten higher and higher you can now see mother earth from space.
Eleven feel yourself free fall down and down and down completely letting go and surrendering.
Bring your attention back to your breath.
Follow your breath for the next few moments.
And Coming to the end of our practice,
We will now chant the universal mantra,
OM,
Three times together.
So bring your hands into praying position.
Take a deep breath in.
OM OM Om.
Om.
Repeat after me.
Om shanti shanti shanti.
Om shanti shanti shanti.
Om shanti shanti shanti.
Rub your hands,
Allowing the energy to build up.
Bring your hands to your eyes without touching.
And transfer this energy when you are ready.
Transfer this energy when you are ready.
Gently open your eyes.

Good - Iโm not sure when the best time of day is for this one. In the morning itโs so relaxing in the first half that I could fall asleep, but in the evening itโs such an energising ending that Iโd be awake all night! ๐
