Presence is not something we grasp, rather it is an experience our awareness is exposed to. Together, we will utilise the breath as an anchor to calm and still the mind. Use this powerful practice to cultivate more presence, and feel deeply grounded to the body and the present moment.

Find a quiet place to sit.

Do what you can to prevent distractions.

Be seated in any meditative posture and allow yourself to be comfortable.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.

Rest your attention on your breath.

It will be your anchor throughout this meditation.

If thoughts arise,

Acknowledge them and let them go.

Simply return to the breath.

Give yourself permission to relax,

Unwind and allow the natural state of being to fill the space.

There is no need to identify with anything.

Remaining empty and clear,

Allow your mind to relax.

In this practice,

You have no name,

No age and no shape.

Nothing to control or to be or to become.

You don't even need to be yourself.

You just are in this practice right now.

Right here.

There is no need to imagine.

Just be aware of your body and understand you are beyond your body.

Be aware of your senses and understand you are beyond your senses.

You are not what comes and goes into existence or into your awareness.

You are not the play of interactions.

You are not what rises and falls.

Everything that is objective cannot exist without an observer.

Inside at your core,

You are pure and absolute.

Realize this.

Learn what it means to know this.

This is not a belief.

You must feel this in order to know it.

Feel it with your heart.

Feel it with your body.

You are timeless.

You are formless.

Identification,

Resistance is just a play of interactions.

These interactions need a witness.

Without the witness,

It simply would cease to exist.

You are pure.

You are presence.

You are the eternal witness that gives rise to all phenomena.

You are the source of all that appears.

You witness the changeable,

But yet you remain unchangeable.

You don't reach for this,

Nor do you try to achieve this.

There is a deep sense of peace inside of you.

Merge with it.

Meet it and welcome it.

You are the eternal witness that gives rise to all phenomena.

You are the source of all that appears.

There is a witnessing within you.

Observe this and get in touch with this.

Focus your attention on your awareness.

Feel free to do so.

I'll give mine first and then I'll give you time to repeat it or to create your own.

Eternal witness,

Allow me to immerse myself in your power so that I can bathe in absolute presence and connect to the source.

The source is within me.

I have forgotten my home,

But I can feel you now.

Happiness is raining within me.

Eternal witness,

You do not need to change.

You do not need to heal.

You are already true and complete.

Realize this.

You are perfect just the way you are.

Look within.

You are boundless.

You are infinite.

You are timeless.

Life is but a constant flow of change,

But your true self is unchangeable.

The role you play is just the external world in time.

Your true self is timeless.

The external world is full of forms.

You are formless.

Your awareness takes no shape.

The external world is limiting,

But you are limitless.

Your body is merely a vehicle.

You drive for the purpose of the outside world.

You reside from the inside as pure awareness.

You have no end.

You have no beginning.

You are beyond all cycles of life.

Everything passes through you.

Everything passes through you like every breath that comes and goes.

Everything on the outside is just coming and going,

But you remain still and powerful in your true nature.

You are the awareness,

Absolute and pure,

Here and now,

Always in the present moment.

Your existence is so important that your existence will last a lifetime.

And you will have one full life.

Mee Be aware of your presence.

Life is only a dream and you are a projection of this dream.

Every projection needs a projector.

Your true existence is within the supreme power.

Find it inside your heart.

Feel your truth.

Feel your joy.

Honest,

Strong,

Brave and have faith.

Be aware of the psychological mind and rise above its influence.

Transcend the mental screen of thought.

This is true application of wisdom.

These words point you to your true essence.

Feel your divine existence as I am.

There's nowhere to be.

You are here and now.

Remember these words.

You are timeless.

You are infinite.

You are eternal.

You are consciousness,

Boundless and limitless.

And your truth cannot fade.

It is merely within you,

Waiting to be discovered,

Explored,

And realized.

Embrace this.

Embrace this truth.

Embrace this wisdom.

Embrace your awareness.

Embrace your awareness as it is detached and unaccompanied by the outside world.

You can now put your attention back into the external world.

You can start with wiggling your toes,

Moving your fingers,

Rolling your neck.

And open your eyes and apply this meditation to see its significance in your life within the physical world of interaction.

Whoa! This is an especially powerful and helpful exerciseβ€”very intense in a positive way. I look forward to listening again. I would not recommend it to brand-new meditators, because it is not an introductory level concept, but the text and delivery are still very accessible. ***TECH NOTE: There seems to be a weird glitch (in this case near silence) near the end, although it’s possible that’s just on my device. There’s enough good stuff that i didn’t mind too much.

A powerful direct meditation. I really immersed myself into this and it had me in a state of clarity and easily found myself guided to contemplate the present moment. Matched perfectly with the background music the words spoke directly to me and I found I moved with it’s intent .
