A really good meditation when you have a monkey mind. Guidance given throughout meditation on not focusing on your thoughts. I would have preferred more silence, however this is still a beautiful meditation.

Embracing the stillness and silence within me...

This is just fyi: there is guidance and ambient sound throughout, then about 25 seconds of pure silence during the last minute. May be good to plan additional time to sit with the timer on silent afterward to further soak up the benefits.

This was my introduction to internal timer by a friend. I've been laying am informal meditation group for about nine months and this I feel is one of the best introduction to meditation I've ever seen. Entrancing. Ahimsa.

I love her voice, whoever this is! Perfectly soothing and the reminder to not follow thoughts but only observe them was very effective for me.
