Welcome,

So just let your body relax into this moment.

Your body knows how to relax,

Allow your arms to drop where they feel comfortable.

And just bring your awareness to your breath,

Breathing in calm,

Breathing out relax.

You don't need to do anything with your breath because your body knows how to breathe,

Just the same as your body knows how to relax.

You're just becoming aware and you're allowing your body to do this.

And as you do this,

Just imagine yourself moving from your head down to your heart.

And just opening up to this moment.

You notice things just become a little quieter.

The mind just becomes a little quieter.

And it's okay if the mind thinks,

That's what it's evolved to do.

It has thoughts just the same as your heart beats.

And sometimes we just allow it.

You don't have to always go with the thought.

Just allow your body to settle into this moment,

Opening your heart to the world,

Opening your heart to this moment.

You don't need to solve anything,

Breathing in calm,

Breathing out relax.

And you're just choosing wholeness,

You're choosing your open heart over the noise,

Quiet over the clutter and trust over control.

It's just allowing yourself to soften in this moment and just let this moment be enough.

And just say to yourself,

May I rest in the wisdom of my heart,

May I rest in the wisdom of my breath,

May I rest in the wisdom of this moment.

And just thank your body for this moment.

Now just gently open your eyes if you close them,

Move your shoulders a bit and stretch your arms,

Feel the room around you and come back into your breath and carry this calm moment forward with you.
