Let's become aware of our breathing.

Notice while we're breathing in and when we breathe out,
Relax.
You You If you take a slightly deeper breath And as you breathe out make it a bit longer and relax even more You If your mind wonders just bring it back to your breath Take notice of the little things like how it feels to breathe in And enjoy the sensation of letting go as you breathe out You In As you breathe out relax your muscles,
Like your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your face,
Your cheeks and your eyes.
Take notice of the music.
Any other noises you can hear,
Allow it to just come,
Endure awareness and then go.
Remember,
If your mind wanders,
Just bring it back to your breathing or any noise in the room,
Anything that links you to the present moment.
While breathing normally,
You could reverse your breathing.
So instead of breathing in first,
Try breathing out first.
It takes a bit of concentration.
There are no rules on how you breathe,
As long as you're in the present moment.
From the person who we have become,
You could say,
I have thoughts,
But I am not those thoughts.
And repeat that a few times.
I have emotions,
But I am not those emotions.
I have feelings,
But I am not those feelings.
I am not those feelings.
I am not those feelings.
Just because we have these thoughts,
Feelings and emotions,
Doesn't mean we have to be with them and be controlled by them.
Now,
If we move our awareness down through our body to our hearts,
And if we move our awareness down through our body to our hearts,
And if we listen to see exactly how our heart is feeling.
For the moment,
We are just becoming aware of how we are feeling.
We are just becoming aware of how we are feeling.
We are just becoming aware of how we are feeling.
Now,
If we zoom out on our lives,
Out so far that we can see ourselves as a child.
And recognize some of those qualities.
Perhaps you were courageous.
Perhaps you were confident.
Maybe you had a lot more compassion,
Understanding.
Whatever qualities you see,
Picture them as a little glowing light in your eyes.
In your heart.
Now,
If we move our awareness down through our body to our hearts,
And if we move our awareness down through our body to our hearts,
And if we look at our own lives,
We are just becoming aware of how we are feeling.
We are just becoming aware of how we are feeling.
Now,
Every time you breathe out,
Grow that little light.
Now,
If we move our awareness down through our body to our hearts,
And if we look at our own lives,
We are just becoming aware of how we are feeling.
Now,
If we move our awareness down through our body to our hearts,
And if we look at our own lives,
We are just becoming aware of how we are feeling.
Now,
If we move our awareness down through our bodies to our hearts,
And if we look at our own lives,

Continue to grow the light until it fills your whole body,

That is the real you.
