All right,

Jai Guru,

And God bless you.

Welcome to this present moment.

So this is like the magic trick that we have.

All of you that have been studying with me know that at any moment,

At any time in your life,

You can stop and have a present moment.

You can stop and be present.

In other words,

You can stop and kind of like plug back in if you've been unplugged.

And you all kind of know what that is,

Don't you?

You have a different sense,

And that sense is developing.

That's your sixth sense,

Your sense of self,

That sense of presence.

What you think of as the presence of God is in fact the presence of yourself because you're not separate from God.

God is extending through you as it is everyone and everything everywhere all the time.

So let us come present to that divine presence within us and around us,

And behold the Kingdom of Heaven that is spread out before us,

And breathe in,

And acknowledge it.

And I don't care what name you call God or how you think the divine,

But let us open our heart and say,

Lord,

I invite that innate intelligence,

That being,

That God,

And invite you into my heart.

And I'm always here with Christ and Buddha and each of you,

The Maharishi,

The Maharaj,

All the saints.

You know,

There really isn't an exclusivity when you move up into the higher vibrations of Heaven.

Only human beings divide themselves by their skin color,

Or race,

Or their religion,

Or their nationality.

These are silly mental conditionings.

That's all they are.

Spirit is spirit.

It's in everyone.

It's in everything.

It's everywhere.

And it's meant to work together as a whole.

So we come together to connect with that source,

That source that lies within us,

And let us breathe in and open our hearts to receive.

Lord,

Help me to be a pure vehicle for your love and light wisdom.

And let's just step out of our self,

Our I,

Or you,

Or me.

We all have one,

Right?

And we don't even have to make that a bad thing.

We said we have an ego.

Well,

What's an ego but how your brain is conditioned?

You need some conditioning to function.

You just got to make sure your conditioning is in line with your purpose,

And then it's bringing you joy,

And happiness,

And peace.

So let's think that.

Let's intend that.

Let's make sure our own mind is like on point.

So galvanize your point.

Speaking of points,

Sit down into the Jacuzzi now,

And focus on that point between your eyebrows,

And just dive into the feeling.

It's that simple.

It's really not a doing,

Is it?

It's a being.

Each meditation is different even though you're doing the same thing,

And even though you're really not doing anything.

My mom cracks me up.

She thinks what I'm doing is weird.

This is a cult.

She goes,

You know,

While I taught you everything,

You know.

It sounds like my mom.

I said,

Well,

But I was flabbergasted that she's referring to my meditation.

I said,

Mom,

Please help enlighten me.

When was that again?

And she said,

And this is her wit.

She said,

Well,

Didn't I tell you going up to sit down and shut up?

I thought,

God,

You did come to think of it.

Sit down and shut up,

And eat your peas or whatever.

So sit down and shut up maybe is a harsh way to put it,

But that's all we're doing when we meditate.

We're just allowing ourself to shut up.

We're not being told.

I'm not telling you.

You're not being told to go to the corner of the room.

It's not a bad thing.

It's like,

Be still and know I am.

It's like spirit wants to come out and play,

But you've got to turn off the mind a little bit.

You've got to tune in and find it,

And meet your spirit halfway by looking for it within yourself.

And that's all your meditation is,

Is checking in.

It's connecting to the source of life itself that is you.

So breathe in here as we sit here in the Jacuzzi of consciousness.

Feel it in your nervous system.

Feel it in your G.

Feel it in the electromagnetic fields around your body.

Now bring your hands up and feel it flowing between you and me so we get this kind of visceral connection.

And it's just love.

People say,

Well,

What are you doing?

That's weird.

You put your hands up.

There's energy.

It sounds culty.

Well,

It only looks that way because you don't understand the science of it maybe.

When you see the science of it,

There really is something to it.

And there are facts,

And there are things we can measure,

And we have our own life experience to prove that it works.

So no one ever has to believe me.

You guys know,

Don't you,

That I'm not asking you to follow me,

Or believe in me,

Or put me above yourselves in any way.

You know that,

Right?

I just love you.

That's all it is.

And I've got something to share with you is how I feel.

It comes in through love itself.

It comes in through the words,

The knowledge,

If there's an inspiration,

Or some wisdom,

Some technique,

Or thing I've learned along the way.

But mostly it's just love.

So bring your hands up and let it in.

Breathe it in and let it in.

And if someone else says that's weird,

Well,

Fine.

Think it's weird.

But we love it.

Love is cool.

What do you mean?

You should have some.

If you don't want to put your hands up,

It's okay.

But open your heart just a little bit.

Don't we all need love?

You can have a gazillion dollars,

But if you don't have love,

So what?

You could be very powerful and important,

But if you don't have love,

What good is it?

What's the point of life without love?

Love is really all that matters.

Love is an expression of God through you,

And then sharing through you to others,

And through others to you.

We call that spirit.

So God's love and expression is spirit.

Spirit is what's animating all existence.

It's what brought you to be here,

To be hearing these words.

It's lighting you up.

It's lighting me up.

And now with our hands up,

We're just absorbing and connecting with it together.

And Shakti,

Shakti Pat.

Isn't that a beautiful word?

Shakti Pat.

When I heard Shakti Pat,

So Shakti's energy pot is the transmission.

So each day as I sit,

And as you sit,

We are all growing in energy.

So I become a greater vehicle as I work with more of you.

You become a greater vehicle as you continue both to connect as you inhale,

Absorb,

And then you transmit.

So the other part of it is to let it out and spread that light out,

And picture your work field maybe 3 feet around you.

And take another breath,

Inhale.

Just know you are loved.

And you can go ahead and bring your hands down and let your light out,

You might say.

As a matter of fact,

I'm going to invite you guys today to just lie down and completely relax.

Since I'm in a healing mode myself,

I'd like to invite you into a healing.

Probably once a month it would be good for us to do this guided healing and relaxation.

Your body needs it.

And it's a beautiful way to use the Shakti.

So if we use the image light,

Go ahead and find a comfortable place to lie down,

And maybe put something under your knees and get a blanket,

Something under your head,

Teddy bear,

Kitty cat,

Whatever works for you.

And just snuggle up into the most relaxed,

Like you are laying back in a big cloud of light.

We are hanging out with the angels tonight.

So I invite you to take a deep breath into your heart and say,

Oh,

I am so open to receive.

So imagine the most incredible person is giving you a neck and head and scalp massage,

And there is just this floaty feeling through your body.

We are going to bring light in.

Light is the symbol of healing.

It represents energy.

And so wherever we visualize the light,

Energy will move to where we are visualizing the light.

And I am going to send you light.

And we will move it into specific parts.

So as your mind thinks it and visualizes the light being in a certain part of your body,

This will invoke a relaxation response and bring healing energy into that part of your body.

And so it's kind of a way we can just facilitate a natural healing process in the body.

But we always start being grateful,

Being reverent,

Being open to receive,

Being humble maybe,

And allowing our body and mind to be a pure vehicle to let spirit in,

Let the healing energy in,

Let God's light in,

However you want to put it.

But go ahead and lie back.

Take a deep breath and swell your heart.

And as you breathe out,

Close your eyes.

Roll your eyes up into your third eye.

Now picture a big ball of light,

Maybe the size of a basketball,

Just hovering beyond the ends of your feet.

And now imagine the vibration and the energy of this healing light beginning to tickle the bottoms of your feet and the tips of your toes.

So you may actually feel like a little sensation on the bottoms of your feet right now.

Just observe the sensation of the bottoms of your feet,

And this is the healing energy.

So now you and I are going to work together.

Like when you get a massage,

Everyone's going to ask you to inhale and let go.

So as you breathe in,

I want to invite you to breathe in through your epidermis,

Excuse me,

Your skin,

And let it move in through the connective tissues and all the little bones in your feet,

Going up into your arches and deep into your heels,

Oozing between your toes,

Covering the tops of your foot too,

And now extending out through each toe,

Each joint in your toes,

All the spaces between the bones in your feet,

And each and every little bone into your ankles as well.

So now both your feet are enshrouded in a cocoon of gold and white light,

And this light is completely relaxing your feet and bringing a restorative energy,

Bringing a regenerative energy,

Helping to increase the biomagnetism and life force,

And allowing cell regeneration,

Bringing vitality,

And relaxing all the muscles,

Tendons,

And bones,

All the fascia,

All the connective tissues going into every cell,

Going into every molecule,

Every atom,

All the way into the bone marrow in your bones.

So both your feet are glowing.

Now draw that light,

That healing light.

Feel your feet completely relaxed as you,

Almost like as you're inhaling,

You're pulling it through your ankles and now up your shins and deep into your calves.

And just feel that light penetrating deeper and deeper into your calves until it goes all the way into the bones and the bone marrow.

And it keeps moving up.

It's like creeping into your knees,

Moving into the patella,

Which is that little bone on top of the knee,

And then down in between in the knee joint itself.

You want to put your light flowing and going into the tendons and ligaments and the space between the bones.

As we get older particularly,

We need to put a lot of light in this area.

So breathe in that light and feel it being absorbed into your knees.

And as you exhale,

Feel your knees relaxing,

Like from the bottoms of your knees.

Feel the bottoms of your knees,

Like your legs.

And just feel your knees completely relaxed.

And now that light continues to roll up.

First it rolls up over the tops of your legs,

Over your thighs.

And doesn't that feel good?

Kind of sensuous.

Even sliding down the insides of your legs,

Inside your thighs very sensuously,

And down the outsides of your thighs,

And into the back of the legs.

And this is one of the bigger muscle groups here into the gluteus,

Which is the rear end.

So I want you to feel how the light is penetrating layer upon layer upon layer of muscle through the back of their legs,

Going all the way into the bone and the bone marrow.

And it's extending up higher and higher,

Going up into the hips and the hip joints.

And imagine where the bone meets into the hip,

Hip bone connected to the leg bone.

And in that space in between,

In all that area,

As we get older,

This is another area that can get arthritic.

So we want to picture a fluid light flowing between and within all the bones in your hips.

And just picture that area glowing in a light,

Almost like it's iridescent,

Almost like maybe even fluorescent.

Your bones are fluorescent.

Your legs are now both completely relaxed,

Like two pillars of light going all the way down.

And so there is actually ultraviolet light being radiated out of your bones.

It's just not in the light spectrum that your pupils pick up.

But you can actually take photographs of it.

And the bone marrow is conducting an electrical charge.

So you actually have this field of light moving through your body.

And just feel your legs completely relaxed,

And now your hips are relaxed.

And that's moving into your back,

Isn't it?

All the way up where you put a belt on.

And feel this light moving into your rear end.

We can have some fun with this.

Take a deep breath and just pull that light into your butt and your lower back.

And so this is one of the areas where we hold lots of tension,

You guys.

So breathe into that lower back and picture it filling up,

Like tight-knit almost.

As a matter of fact,

Try and lift it up a little bit off the ground.

And then as you exhale,

Completely relax and let everything go.

And just feel how the bones,

Everything is going to shift a little bit.

A little bit of tension is letting go,

Releasing.

And it's kind of a great awe sensation.

As a matter of fact,

Let's breathe in again to our lower back.

Just breathe into your lower back and picture it filling up with light.

And then going into the kidneys.

Thank you very much for your support.

And the adrenal glands which sit on top of them,

And all the back muscles.

So this would be the area of the lumbar in your spine.

We're going to go back to the spine in a minute.

And exhale and let your lower back completely relax.

And that feels good.

Ah.

As a matter of fact,

Breathe in again.

And as you do so,

Just feel your back,

If there's any tension.

Kind of feel around.

Maybe wiggle your butt and lower back a little bit and see if there's any tension in there.

And feel it moving up higher in your back too,

Maybe up to your dorsal section which is the middle of the back where the ribs are coming out from.

And all the way up into the scapula,

The angel's wings in your back going up to the top of your shoulders.

So the whole flat of your back,

And even into your neck perhaps,

And head.

And then just come back down your back and just feel how there's light,

Like a bar of light just moving the light into the skin,

Into the muscles,

Just relaxing all the muscles,

All the ribs going back into the kidneys,

Going all the way back down into the buttocks.

And then bring the roller back up like you're getting a massage.

And someone's taking their forearm.

So you've got this forearm of light.

So let's just imagine one of the angels is just moving their forearm,

Trying to move all the tension out of your buttocks and lower back,

And then moving up through the ribs in your back,

Just very gently pushing,

Allowing that light to soak in deeper and deeper through every muscle and tendon and into the bones.

And going all the way up into the scapula and behind the scapula and up over into the shoulders now.

Take a deep breath into your shoulders.

And as you breathe out,

Just go,

Ah,

And let your shoulders drop.

That's good.

Again,

Breathe into your shoulders and maybe lift them up.

See if you can pull them off the floor or wherever you're lying down.

Just lift them up like you're making space behind your shoulders.

And then as you breathe out,

Just go,

Ah,

And let your shoulders drop again.

Let your head roll back.

And feel how that light is just rolling over the top of your shoulders and the top of your torso and through the trapezius muscles.

Now you guys,

The trapezius are between the neck and shoulders,

So the very top of your back and kind of bridging over towards the front.

And this is where we all hold a big burden often,

A lot of tension up here.

So once again,

Picture the light penetrating layer upon layer upon layer through your trapezius muscles going all the way up into your shoulders and up into your neck and the back of your neck even.

And as you breathe out,

Just go,

Ah,

And that sound will help you.

And let your shoulders drop and kind of melt into the carpet and feel it penetrating into the deltoids,

The front of the shoulder,

The sides of the shoulder,

And the back of the shoulder.

There are three different principal muscle groups that kind of create a dome around the shoulder socket.

So feel that light going down into your shoulder socket inside the bone,

Particularly Jesse,

Because her shoulder keeps pulling out.

We want that strong.

But all of us need to be mindful of this area and feel where is the tension in there?

And this goes,

You have a lot of lymph glands down in there too.

So just picture that light going to your lymph glands.

Your lymph glands are there trying to absorb the toxins out of your body.

So you sweat them out through your armpits.

So just feel how that area is just cleaning out and opening up.

And now that light is moving down the shoulders,

Down through the deltoids,

Into the biceps and triceps which are in the first segment of your arm here.

So the biceps in the front,

The triceps in the back.

Through your elbows,

Picture the light flowing down through your forearms into your wrists.

Open your hands with your palm upward.

Feel the light moving through your wrists into your palms and then through each joint of each finger and thumb.

So imagine both your hands glowing in a golden light.

In fact,

Both your arms are glowing in a cocoon of golden white light,

And they are just completely relaxed.

So your arms are relaxed,

Your neck is relaxed,

Your back is relaxed,

Your legs are relaxed.

Don't you feel relaxed?

Just everyone take a deep breath and just pull into that light.

Just kind of absorb it in like wherever it needs to go,

Like it can ooze into that space.

And if there is any part of your body that needs healing,

Just feel it going into those areas.

And as you breathe out,

Feel how the light now is rolling over the top of your chest.

It is starting to move down over first the skin and feel it moving down into your muscles,

Your pectoral muscles,

And if you have breast tissue,

Into your breast tissue.

And feel that light.

Just go ahead and take a deep breath into your chest and feel your heart opening as you inhale.

Like you are just allowing that love into your life,

That healing light into your body.

And as you breathe out,

Feel the light rolling down now over your abdomen,

Going into your abdominal muscles,

And just feel like jello.

This light is rolling down over the belly button,

Down over the pubic bone and pubis,

Down into the perineum where your genitals and your anus come together.

So the epidermis of your torso is now covered in light.

The light has been meeting the front and the back.

And so now we can go deeper.

Let's go deep within our own body and bring some light inside us.

So as you inhale,

Draw the light up your urinary tract.

Bring it up into your bladder and perhaps from the bladder up into the kidneys and adrenal glands.

And then back out through the butt.

So healthy,

Strong,

And reproductive organs.

So spread the light out into your ovaries and testicles,

Into your scrotal sac,

Your seminal vesicles,

Your testicles,

Your calp reglan,

Your uterus,

Your ovaries,

Your oviducts,

Your eggs,

Whatever you've got.

Just send love into all your reproductive organs,

Particularly if you've had an operation or any damage or any disease.

And picture a good healthy feeling,

A good balanced production of testosterone and estrogen in your body,

A natural healthy sexual drive,

Natural healthy organs.

Our bodies get abused.

These are organs that often need extra love.

So go ahead and breathe in as funny as it sounds.

Breathe into your sex plan,

Man.

Breathe into your reproductive organs and just feel a light there glowing into that chakra too.

And just feel it healthy.

And now draw that light up your colon.

Bring it up,

Yes.

Put it up your butt.

Go into your large intestine so you have a descending,

Transcending,

And ascending colon.

There are three main chambers.

So picture the lower chamber filling with light,

And then just feel the light like โ€“ what do you call that when you cross back and forth up a mountain?

Just go up your colon,

Crossing the descending colon,

Then the transcending colon,

Then the ascending colon,

And then into your small intestines.

And make sure you go into your appendix.

You know,

For years โ€“ most doctors still don't know that the appendix is in fact needed.

It's where we store our natural flora that helps digest the food we eat and keep unhealthy bacteria out of our body.

So you don't just want to cut it out.

It's like the tonsils are actually very important to have.

They're a trigger for your immune system.

You don't want to just cut them out.

So everyone breathe in and feel that light moving up through your small intestines.

So you can just picture this kind of track of smaller tubes.

And it's going up through the adduadendron and into your pancreas and your spleen.

And it's going up.

Above that is your liver,

And above that your stomach.

So just picture your whole midsection glowing in a light right now.

And there's a piece in there.

And then from your midsection,

Go ahead and move up into your cardiac plexus,

Basically your chest.

And we can pull that light up into our lungs.

As you inhale,

Just fill your lungs with that light.

And see if you can get your rib cage to open up a little bit,

Like you're stretching your lungs.

And feel the light going into the organ of the lung itself,

And into your heart.

And feel it beating,

And into your thymus gland.

And as you breathe out,

Just feel a total release of all the tension in your cardiac plexus,

And any constraints on your heart muscle,

Any stress in the nervous system there.

Just feel it open and flourishing and strong.

And your lungs are always processing some kind of soot and dirt and toxic material.

So let's breathe into our lungs and feel them healthy and strong.

And as you breathe out,

Just feel that sense of peace pervading and moving up to your thyroid gland,

And back into your shoulders,

And now the base of the neck.

So our whole midsection now is just glowing.

We know the light is going to go where it needs to go,

Whether we mentioned it or not.

The whole region is just filling with light.

And so feel it moving up your neck now,

One vertebra at a time,

Going up through the frame of magnum into the center of your skull.

Feel the light wrapping around the back of your head,

Through the occiput in the back,

Through the sides,

Around your ears,

Through the top,

Over the top,

Into your forehead.

So now your scalp is tingling with light,

And your hair is filled with light.

And this light is now just very gently like olive oil kind of dripping over your forehead.

Just imagine I'm taking my fingers and I'm just wiping away any of the stress,

Any of the tension from your mind.

Just feel peace.

Just feel love.

Like when a child's forehead is stroked,

Let me with my psychic fingers stroke your forehead and just feel the peace.

Just know you're loved.

And feel that light rolling down into your temples,

Penetrating into your mind,

Relaxing your mind.

Feel it moving into your septum and moving into your third eye,

Your pituitary and pineal gland into your pons,

Into the hypothalamus in the center of your head.

So your whole crown chakra is opening up.

Now feel this light rolling down your nose,

Out to the tips of your nose,

And flaring out through your nose.

And as you inhale,

Draw the light up through your nostrils,

Moving into your septum and third eye.

And just go up into your brain now and send love into your brain.

And just picture your whole brain enthralled in a cocoon of golden white light.

It's going into every resource,

Every sense,

All the areas where you have faculties of reason and feeling.

The ability to transfer energy through the left and right hemispheres,

The ability to connect and recall and remember at will is strong.

And the light is moving at the top of your head as well,

Developing your sense of self,

Your sixth sense,

That sense of inner knowing is awakening within you even now.

And then come out,

Come down and feel the light moving into your ears,

And so both into the cartilage in the outer ear,

But then inside the ear,

Moving into the eardrum and into the conclia.

And just picture all the little bones in your ear and the nerve conduits that move into your brain as you're hearing them and feeling them.

Just feel your ears aglow.

And the light is rolling down over your eyebrows,

Moving into your light,

Filling your eyes with light.

So both your eyes are aglow in a golden white light.

And that healing regenerative energy is moving into your eyeballs,

Into your pupils,

And going into your brain,

But your eyes aglow.

So this is a healing light.

And from there,

Why not down over the cheeks and around the lips,

Down the jaw,

Back into the throat,

So your entire face is enshrouded in a kuna golden white light.

And it's tingling.

Your face is tingling,

And the cells are regenerating,

And it's just kind of wiping away any bags or wrinkles.

There's more magnetism in your face,

More elasticity in the cell structure,

More of a rosy colored and healthy,

More regeneration.

More skin cells,

Old skin cells are dying off.

New ones are regenerating.

And so it's taking years off your face.

It's bringing a twinkling in your eye,

And it's making you feel good.

So now let's go down into the mouth,

This next section.

I want you to go ahead and feel it moving into your lips and then into your gums and teeth,

And then into your tongue.

And go ahead and swallow and feel the light moving down your throat into your esophagus and back into your stomach.

So from the top to bottom now,

Your entire body is enshrouded in a cocoon of golden white light.

So just lie back and imagine your entire body enshrouded in a cocoon.

Just feel the tingling in your body.

Just feel the floaty sensation.

And just know this healing energy is going into every muscle,

Tendon,

And bone,

All the connected tissue,

All the fascia.

It's going into the bone marrow.

It's going into your nervous system.

Just feel all your nerves relaxed and all the tissue,

Myelin,

Around all the nerves,

Strong,

Healthy,

All the way up into your brain.

And all the limbic system in your brain,

Your emotional response is healthy,

Healed,

Balanced,

All the hormonal energy in your body,

All the endocrine system working fine,

The nervous system working with the endocrine system,

Working with all the hormones.

There's a balance of hormones.

All the right peptides.

Your digestive system is working wonderfully.

Food is being digested.

Nutrients are being absorbed.

The natural flora is flourishing,

Keeping the germs and unwanted microorganisms in check.

Your lymph system is drawing out the toxins in a naturally healthy well and expelling them through your waste and through your sweat.

Your heart is beating healthy.

It's strong.

It's filling with rich oxygen that is drawing the blood through the capillaries into every cell in your body,

Drawing magnetism in through the body,

Taking out the toxins,

The pollutants.

They're all being cleansed very naturally,

Effortlessly.

And it's going in through your respiratory system.

It's going in through your blood.

It's going in through your chi.

The yin and yang are all balanced in your body.

Picture all the meridians of your body,

All the acupressure points aligned.

There are electromagnetic fields coming into alignment.

And so we just ask for the highest alignment,

Well-being,

Body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Breathe in and just check in with that alignment right now.

It's all aligned with that intention,

With that feeling,

With that current of life force.

Allow the cells,

The molecules,

The atoms,

Every tissue,

Every fluid,

Every gas in our body is aligning to the highest well-being.

The regenerative energy is moving into every cell.

Any part of the body that's been damaged,

Any virus or affliction is being remedied.

Light is moving into every part of the body where there's been a disease or an operation or something out of balance.

You see the natural amount of unnecessary fat from your body dissolving.

We see a healthy immune system.

We see a regenerative life force glowing from head to toe.

Your entire body is glowing in a cocoon of golden white light.

It's three feet around you.

Picture it.

Breathe into that light.

You are the light.

So now this restorative energy is going to go wherever it needs to be.

If you can picture a place in your body where it needs to be,

Picture it there,

Wherever you need healing,

Wherever there's a cancer or affliction.

Just picture the light going into that part of your body and very naturally regenerating.

And breathe out and feel your body heal.

Picture it.

Imagine what it's like.

You're five years younger.

You feel healthier,

A little bit.

Maybe you've lost a little weight or a little bit better in shape or did some yoga.

Now you're doing yoga,

Picturing yourself doing yoga.

Picture yourself eating live green food,

Eating organic,

Cutting out fast food,

Toxic food,

Meat and dairy particularly,

Highly toxic.

So your body is telling you.

It's telling us this is what we need,

Live natural food.

So picture yourself healthy.

Picture yourself happy.

And that light now is just going to work wherever it needs to go.

And just let go and enjoy that feeling and merge into that feeling.
