This track is designed to bring a greater sense of light, lightness, clarity, joy, and peace to your mental stream of thoughts.

Welcome to this 5D ascension exercise,

Enlightened Mind,

And as you know how to do,

Begin your day by becoming aware of the cycle of breath,

The eternal cycle of breath,

Focusing on the in-breath,

Allowing light into the body on the in-breath,

And on the out-breath,

The opportunity to purge and release anything in your body and energy fields that does not serve you.

So focusing on the cycle of breath,

And with your breath,

Allowing the mind to quieten,

Allowing your mind to become more focused in the present moment,

And as you follow that cycle of breath,

Also becoming aware of a point of light in the core of your being,

Wherever you feel that core,

Perhaps belly,

Heart,

Or hara,

And feeling this core,

This point of light like a tiny diamond at the center of your being.

So just breath,

And focusing on the center,

The point of light at your core,

And as you have practiced many times in these exercises,

Invite the light within the core,

That point of light,

To ignite and expand,

To begin to feel your physical body,

And then also your aura,

With a fluid flowing light,

And just playing and breathing,

And allowing,

Allowing waves of light from this core point to radiate out through your body and energy field,

Bringing with it a greater sense of peace and clarity,

And as your body and aura becomes filled with light,

Become aware of another point of light in the center of the head,

And from the point in the center of the head,

Become aware of your stream of thoughts passing across your mind,

Just becoming a witness to your thoughts,

A constant stream of mental energy.

Perhaps you experience this stream as visual images,

Perhaps videos playing out,

Perhaps a stream of individual images,

Perhaps you experience these thoughts as some form of sound,

Voice,

Maybe you experience the thoughts primarily as sound,

Perhaps you experience the thoughts as feelings,

Or primarily as feelings,

There may be a combination of imagery,

Sound,

Voice,

And feelings,

Just becoming a witness to your thoughts,

And as you become aware of your stream of thoughts,

Notice the quality of the stream,

The quality.

Some thoughts may be uplifting,

Some thoughts neutral,

Some thoughts may be less than uplifting,

And some perhaps bring your energy down,

Whether slightly or otherwise.

Begin to connect the light at the core of your being to this point of light in the head.

As you do so,

Allow a greater sense of light to begin to infuse the mental stream,

This constant mental stream,

Allowing the light perhaps to gradually slow down the stream,

Allow this light to perhaps brighten the stream.

Perhaps the light will bring a greater sense of lightness to any of the sounds or voices in the stream,

So that perhaps they feel smoother and more melodic,

Allowing this light to lift the feeling of this stream,

Bringing perhaps a greater sense of light,

Peace,

Joy,

Optimism.

Just allowing this light to bring a slowing down of the stream and a brightening of the stream,

A lightening of the stream,

So that you can be more in the present moment with your thoughts,

Less pulled by the dictates of the past or future.

Just breathing and sitting with these two points of light,

The stream of mental energy.

And without forcing the stream,

Just allowing the light to begin to infuse that stream,

Shifting it,

Lightening it,

Smoothing it out,

Uplifting it perhaps.

Allow whatever wants to happen in that stream and just enjoying this play of light with the mind.

And as you go about your day,

Just remembering this play of light within the mind.

Remembering to connect the core within your centre to the core of light in the head,

And from there allowing a higher frequency of light into this mental stream,

Into every thought.
