I wanted to make this recording for all you ladies out there who are on the journey to motherhood and have some fears and/or obstacles on the path that you want to release from your life. This is a guided imagery. At the end, there is about 15 seconds of just music. I like to do that so it is a gentle transition. Have a lovely day and I'm sending you so much love on your journey to motherhood.

And now it's time to relax.

Begin by focusing on your breath.

Notice how gently it flows in and out of your lungs.

In and out.

In,

Out.

Now,

Taking a nice big deep breath.

As you release it,

Imagine the tension beginning to leave your body.

With each breath,

Your body relaxing more and more.

Breathing in,

Exhaling out.

In and out.

In and out.

Very well.

If unwanted thoughts come into your mind,

Send them away with your breath.

Breathing in,

Exhaling out.

Wanting to relax.

Allowing yourself to relax.

Focusing on my voice.

The sound of my voice helps you relax.

Now,

Imagine that you're walking along a path on the beach feeling more and more relaxed and maintaining that relaxation with each step while being in this environment.

You can feel the sun's warmth on your skin and the temperature is just perfect.

This is your perfect day.

As you continue to walk,

You come upon a comfy lounge chair on the beach right at the edge where the ocean waves meet the sand and then pull back out to sea.

You decide to sit down and have a perfect view of the waves coming and going.

You feel the ocean waves splash your feet and then pull away.

This feels relaxing and pleasant and you know that you are safe as you listen to the sounds of the ocean.

You're feeling so peaceful,

Calm and open.

Your mind,

Body and spirit feel in perfect harmony and you begin to think about your desire to start a family and the journey of becoming pregnant and being a mother.

Some of your fears and obstacles come to your attention.

Continuing to breathe gently and remaining at peace,

Imagine now that you have a small stick with you and you begin to write in the sand,

In the wet sand,

One fear at a time and then notice as the waves roll back up to the beach and cover your feet.

Whatever you wrote in the sand is now covered over and the waves pull back away and what you wrote has now disappeared.

It was absorbed by the ocean and all the fears and obstacles in your way have drifted away with the waves out into the vast ocean to be recycled by nature in the most positive way.

Take a moment and continue to write in the sand until this process has been completed and your fears have been released,

Removed and resolved and they've been taken out back into the ocean with the waves.

Very well.

Now asking you to scan yourself mentally,

Physically,

Emotionally,

Spiritually to release any and all of the remaining fears and that it is now time to let them go so that you can begin your family.

Let the waves carry them away and be used for the greater good of the world.

Very well.

Now as you continue watching the waves,

You allow yourself to trust the process of conceiving just as you trust the waves will continue.

You take the time to remind yourself that you have the perfect body and environment to grow a healthy baby.

Your body and you welcome a baby into your life.

Your body is balanced and ready to nourish a baby and you're calm now and you're now trusting the process fully and completely and you say to yourself,

I'm calm,

Peaceful and trusting the process.

I am ready and willing to be a mom.

I welcome a baby into my life.

I have the perfect body and environment to grow a healthy baby.

My body and I welcome a baby into my life.

My body and hormones are balanced and ready to nourish a baby.

I am trusting the process.

I know that my body can do this.

From this moment on,

Anytime you touch your belly and you can go ahead and touch your belly now if you'd like,

You instantly feel love and calmness surrounding you knowing that the journey to motherhood has begun and you are trusting the process.

And I want you to visualize now with your hand on your belly the love and calmness surrounding you and flowing into every cell in your body,

Your mind,

Your body,

Your soul,

Every part of you working together to welcome this baby into your life so that you can achieve your goal and your desire of starting a family.

Very well.

In a moment,

I will invite you to return from this experience.

You will bring this experience back with you feeling calm and refreshed.

With a deep breath,

You are going to return to consciousness and with each number you'll become more aware.

One,

Allowing all feeling to return to your body,

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

Two,

Feeling yourself awakening.

Three,

Knowing that you have released your fears and made space for love and trust of the process.

Four,

With each breath you're feeling more and more aware.

Five,

Feeling as if your eyes have been bathed in cool clear water.

Six,

Eyes open,

Fully awake,

Fully trusting your body and the process,

Surrounded in love and calmness and every cell,

Nerve,

Bone,

Organ of your body,

Supporting your journey to motherhood.
