I have been meditating for over 20 years alongside teaching yoga. From 2012, I trained at Bangor University to teach Mindfulness and also gained a Masters in Mindful Based Approaches. I have been offering Mindfulness courses and classes to Healthcare Professionals and community-based classes for the past 8 years. I also work as a GP and GP Educator in the NHS.
