Hello,
Hello.
I hope you're well where you are.
It's nice to see you,
Each of you arriving.
And you know,
Really try to keep a type of a focus.
And it's so funny,
Some days it's very,
Very clear what I am trying to say.
And then other days,
It's been such a whirlwind of emotions in the past 24 hours that there's no way to sum up or capitulate the common thread.
Just to let you each know that that is life right now.
And this is how we are each being asked to navigate.
And there are moments of fear and moments of despair.
And then I have really,
Really powerful moments of deep faith and deep hope.
And really a deep sense of how to activate myself in a way that I can show up for myself,
For my family,
For my community.
And how can I emulate this really challenging time that we're going through.
And there is a part of me that feels very overwhelmed at times.
And then I remember that why I'm here and why we find stillness each day in our lives.
And it's this idea of remembering the truth of who we really are and what we're doing here as a human species.
It's not like we were just born,
In my opinion,
I do believe in consciousness.
I do believe that there is something larger than us that is guiding us.
I do believe in spirit.
I believe that we are each warriors of light.
And if you're watching this and if you've been tuning in and if you resonate with this idea,
Then it means that we have this ability to walk through this with our strength and find the ways to not go into the fear and to not be controlled by the narratives that are so common right now.
Becoming more and more common.
And if you don't believe in those narratives,
Somehow people are judging you and all of a sudden it's like,
Whoa,
Is that really,
Is this really happening on our planet right now?
This such polarized views that human beings are fighting with one another.
So these are days that we're navigating now and we have this possibility to connect to our heart and to remember that we're here to perpetuate love and to hold one another.
We're not here to fight.
We're not here to battle.
But then now we're realizing that actually there are powers that are in place that really like it when we are at war or living in a pandemic because it gives them this opportunity to keep us at home,
To keep us controlled.
And anyway that's not at all what I wanted to talk about.
But right now we have to,
Each of us stay grounded.
We have to allow the density and the despair and the fear to also work through us.
It's like we are grounded antennas and these energies need to alchemize and dissipate.
And if we are ignoring them or projecting them onto others or pushing them down or drinking our life away or taking them away,
What we do as human beings is let's unite in peace.
And how do we do that?
By finding the peace within ourselves.
And that means acknowledging that we all have darkness in our own beings.
This is part of being human.
And when we sit in stillness and acknowledge our pain each day,
It's like neutralizing and balancing ourselves so that when we step out into the day we are whole and centered and in this compassionate place of the heart and not in this reactive panicky,
Oh my God,
The fearful mind.
This is not the end of the world.
This is a phase in our humanity where we are asked to awaken and we can do this,
But it's not easy.
And there are millions of us waking up now.
There's 7 billion people on the planet and there are many people that are waking up now.
And the more that we awaken ourselves,
The more around us we will be speaking from this place of our heart and not from fear because fear is an energy and it is so utterly destructive to our humanity.
And yeah,
So we need to work through this.
So let's sit down finally.
If you haven't already,
Find your spot so that we can remember the truth of who we really are,
This wholeness of the heart,
This deep sense of fullness and gratitude to be alive.
So feel the weight of your body on your chair,
Your cushion,
Meeting yourself wherever you are,
Turning your gaze inwards.
Let's begin by aligning to our breath.
So take a deep breath in.
Take in some more air and lengthen your spine.
And exhale out your mouth.
Exhale with sound,
Really feeling that sense of release,
Letting go of tension in the body,
Letting go of the stories of the mind and holding the air out at the bottom of the exhale.
And as you do this,
Feeling your body as it grounds.
Breathing in deeply,
Taking in some more air and exhale out your mouth.
Exhale all the air out,
Releasing the back of your throat,
Empty natural belly,
And then hold the air out at the bottom of the exhale.
Notice the stillness in your body,
Grounding,
Rooting,
Finding stillness.
And then breathe in again a nice deep breath,
Widen your shoulders,
Filling up the four corners of your lungs.
Exhaling,
Exhaling,
Exhaling,
Releasing,
Letting go of the mind,
Letting go of the thoughts.
Exhale all the air out and then holding the air out,
Connecting to the ground beneath you,
Calming down your body,
Calming down your mind,
Anchoring yourself,
And then breathing in and out of your nose.
Fully inhaling and pausing at the top of your inhale before taking the time to follow with your attention,
Your exhalation all the way out,
Pausing at the bottom of your exhale.
Each time,
Feeling gravity weight your body down a little bit more.
Really enjoying those moments of pause between the inhale and the exhale.
Noticing the qualities of your own breath as you breathe,
Just naming them is your breath rough or smooth,
Deep or shallow.
And if it's a longer or a shorter breath,
Not trying to control your breath,
Just letting your breath breathe you.
And checking in with yourself.
How are you feeling?
What emotions have been present these past 24 hours?
Where have you been struggling in your own life?
Feeling frustrated or irritated?
Just turning on your inner ear and deeply listening within your heart,
Deeply listening within your own body and becoming aware of where in your mind that you have been suffering,
Whether it's by judging yourself,
Blaming or criticizing.
I'm just asking for you to notice becoming aware of you.
And using your breath as your own beacon of light.
As you breathe in,
Feeling that sense of openness and expansion in your lungs,
In your heart.
And on each exhalation,
Feeling a sense of softening and release as you let go of the breath.
Also giving yourself permission to experience these emotions,
To let them be present without trying to shoo them away or ignore them.
Just giving yourself the space to be vulnerable.
Sitting in stillness,
Honing into your heart.
And then asking for the support of the ground beneath you.
I like to just touch the ground and then feel through my fingertips down into the earth,
The soil,
Just imagining the soil,
All the nutrients,
All the organisms.
And then imagining these roots growing out from the bottom of your hand,
Bottom of your legs,
Connecting you to the ground beneath you,
Expressing thanks for its support.
Can you just step back for a moment and feel supported,
Feel held and let your body soften a little bit more.
And then feeling as that comes up through the bottom part of your body and your body calming down.
The more it roots,
The more you feel grounded,
The more your nervous system neutralizes like you're plugging in.
And staying aligned to your breathing and acknowledging that the mind wants to wander for many of us a lot.
And that's okay.
But this is a practice of noticing how much we go into our thinking minds and also understanding that you have that ability to choose not to simply by staying with the sensations in your body.
Feeling the blood as it's going through your veins.
Feeling the pressure of your body on your cushion.
Opening your senses to listen to any sounds in the room.
Any smells or taste in your mouth.
This is how you stay present.
By staying in the body.
Thoughts may come and go.
But by strengthening your awareness,
You learn to not attach to them.
So each time you notice your are in thought with a smile and gentle,
Subtle turning towards your own heart,
Come back to your breath,
To your body,
And turn towards yourself with compassion.
Like you're holding yourself.
It's really so profound.
Turning towards your own struggle.
Turning towards those parts of you that are aching,
That are feeling fear,
Pain,
And expressing compassion towards yourself.
Like you are holding a friend in need or your child.
And many of us never learned how to love ourselves.
So this is the practice of self love.
And breathing in and out of your heart.
Allowing the touch of your breath to soothe you.
Wherever you need it.
Asking for the support of your ancestors behind you.
Just feeling their presence.
Seeing their faces.
Many of us are visual.
And we can see faces.
And others are less visual.
It's more of a feeling.
How do you feel the presence of beings that have passed?
You just remember what it was like to be with them.
It's like you can invoke that feeling just by remembering that memory of being in their presence.
Or maybe you just heard about them.
Above you,
Calling in the presence of your mentors and teachers.
Anyone in your life who has impacted you.
In your mind's eye,
Just see them.
Looking down and how proud they are that you're taking care of yourself.
That you're a warrior of light.
Because you are.
And then see the divine if you would like.
Or you can just imagine nature all around you.
You can call in your light beings.
If you don't know them,
Just say please come.
Light beings,
Guides.
However you see the divine.
Everyone is different.
And if you don't see that,
Then that's fine.
Just see a caregiver.
The importance is the feeling that is invoked by their presence.
That feeling of wisdom and support around you.
Reminding you that you are not alone.
That you are supported.
That we are all being helped right now.
Humanity is being guided and helped by very wise beings.
This is a truth that I really have been feeling so profoundly lately.
We just have to open to receive.
Because if we're in our minds and in the fear,
We close our heart.
And this is opening so that we can put your hands on your heart.
So that we can open our hearts.
Acknowledge our own areas of frustration and pain.
Expressing compassion towards ourselves so that we can unite with one another.
Feeling your breath as it comes in and out of your heart and your abdomen.
Really embracing all of what you're going through right now.
The heartache,
The pain,
The despair,
The love,
The grace,
The gratitude.
Remembering that we are here to evolve and we are being shown the way.
But in order to see the way to go,
We have to be present and grounded.
Because if we're in the state of speculation,
Analyzing that we all go to,
It's all just stories of the mind.
The doubt,
The worry,
These don't evolve us.
They keep us in a holding pattern.
So turning towards yourself and holding yourself with compassion,
Feeling all of this support around you.
Underneath you,
The ground as witness,
Holding us behind you,
Your ancestors,
Where you came from.
Above you,
Your guides,
Your teachers.
Feeling seen and in front of us this purpose that we have to evolve.
To elevate our frequency to higher realms of consciousness and spirit.
So always staying aligned to your breath.
Feeling your own presence.
Feeling at home in your body.
And you see when you're present like this,
You see the beauty around you.
You see what we're doing.
How we have this capacity to shift the difficult emotions and turn them into,
Transform them into wisdom and strength,
Compassion and love.
Simply rocking,
Calming.
Feeling this deep sense of gratitude to be here on the planet right now.
We're shifting some major,
Major stuff.
And you're being called to do that.
Otherwise you wouldn't be compelled to be here.
So welcome to the tribe.
And set your intention for your day to stay awake.
To let go of the patterns of fear that keep you binded.
To keep the faith.
It doesn't mean denying that fear and despair arise because they do.
It's knowing how to navigate it.
It's knowing how to allow your body to experience it without wanting to numb,
To project or to repress.
So this is the practice.
Thank you so much for being here and showing up for yourself and for those around you because as I said,
It's like being an antenna.
And if you were grounded and calm,
That will be noticed around you in your workspace,
In your community.
And it isn't about speaking.
It's about your frequency.
So I'll see you tomorrow.
Please share these if you feel that anyone you know would like them.
And just reconnect often during the day when you're in this whirlwind and just lie down and cover yourself with a blanket of love.
We need to go through those difficult moments to grow.
That's part of the growing pains and that's part of transmuting this dense energy that we're feeling into.
We need to let it work through us.
This is how we do it for the people around us.
Doesn't mean that they have to know about it.
But if there's heaviness in the air,
Just by being grounded,
Wherever you are and staying in your heart and staying in your body,
You are shifting the energy around you.
My husband would say,
Where is this research,
The evidence?
I'm going to get you the evidence.
You're going to see the evidence around you.
And I'll see you tomorrow.
Thank you.
Have a wonderful day.
