By practicing honoring and kindness towards ourselves, we open the portal to transformation, awakening our authentic self. We are in a new world cycle. Shifting planetary frequencies from fear-based limiting beliefs to the realm of the heart. We are being spoken to by the Earth. This is a time of great awakening for each of us if we choose to do so. Learning what it feels like to be embodied, compassionate, and present so that you may step up in service for the well-being of all.

Welcome.

We are going to begin our daily meditation.

It's an opportunity for you to connect and to attune.

So each day we sit and we find stillness within our bodies and this allows for our mind to settle down and we begin to notice how much we are living in our minds.

And each day this is an opportunity for you to check in with yourself,

To notice how you're feeling and to fine-tune and to learn what it means like to self-regulate.

So self-regulating your nervous system is probably one of the most powerful tools that you can begin to practice with in your life and it's basically beginning to notice those areas and those times when you get triggered and noticing what arises and then instead of pushing it down or repressing it like many of us learned as young children,

Just not having that space if you grew up in a family where emotions weren't really expressed or there was a lot of chaos going along around you or if you were told basically just to be quiet.

I didn't learn until much later what it meant to express fear and express anger and express sadness and for it to be,

I mean for in order to do that you need to have that attunement around you so you feel safe.

So when we meditate we are creating safety for ourselves so that we can learn what it feels like to express our emotions and we are in a new world now.

It's beginning,

There's a shifting of or a quickening of the I speak in frequencies but you can feel that there's a quickening,

A shifting and there's an invitation for us to attune in a way that we,

And I know this is difficult to explain but in order to learn to deal with the chaos that's happening from the outside world we first have to come to a state of agreement with our internal chaos and we all hold pain and it can be very well hidden but when we take the time each day to be still and to really touch upon our own inner truth and that is a phase in its,

That's a many phases in itself.

Noticing how many behaviors and patterns and beliefs that we have that are keeping us from that authenticity.

So I would like to read to you from today,

Today's reading from my favorite book Opening Doors Within.

Now is the time of building,

Of creating,

Of unity and harmony,

Of peace and love,

Of wholeness and oneness.

Hold these positive,

Constructive,

Creative thoughts in your consciousness all the time and never let them go.

See them live and move and have their being in you and behold the vision of the new heaven and the new earth take form and substance.

Let it unfold within you.

As you become attuned to the idea of the new age and to the true meaning of it,

It will gradually begin to unfold within you and you will realize that you are a part of it and it is part of you.

It is something tremendous like a slumbering giant waiting to awaken from its sleep and once it begins to stir,

Nothing will be able to stop its coming forth.

There is nothing to fight against.

There is no need to struggle any longer.

Simply learn to wait upon me and let my perfect plan unfold.

So inviting you to close your eyes if you haven't already.

Meeting yourself where you are and welcoming all of the parts of you to your meditation.

Let's begin by breathing deeply together and by focusing on our breath,

It will allow for your mind to settle down.

So take a deep breath in and some more air and exhale out your mouth,

Making sound,

Exhaling all the air out.

Squeeze the air out of your belly.

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Hold the air out.

Notice the stillness and then breathe in again,

Inhaling,

Lengthening your spine and widening your shoulders.

Hold and exhale releasing out of your mouth.

Exhale all the air out,

Making sound,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Hold the air out.

Ground your body,

Breathe in again,

Filling up the four corners of your lungs,

Breathe in more,

More,

Suspend your breath.

Notice the stillness in your body and exhale,

Exhale all the air out,

Aligning to your breath,

Bringing your attention into your body,

Giving yourself permission to let go of thoughts,

Giving yourself permission to let go of the stories in your mind of the past,

Of the future and aligning to your own breath.

Closing your mouth and noticing the air as it goes in and out through your nose.

Feeling the weight of your body on your cushion,

On your chair,

Noticing the pressure,

That point where your body touches the ground or you can be lying down as well and keeping a line to your breathing,

Letting your mind settle down,

Bringing your attention into your body,

Noticing the ground beneath you and taking a moment to acknowledge it for its presence,

For its support.

Just say thank you for supporting me and nourishing me,

For giving me shelter and allow its stillness to gently reverberate up into your body and notice your calming nervous system.

Set your intention.

I like to sit each day for my highest good or to awaken my authentic heart.

But you find what resonates with you,

Whatever it is that you need today,

Attune to your own needs and then state your intention three times internally and remembering that your mind may want to wander and that's part of meditating.

It's just noticing when the mind goes into thought and then strengthening your awareness by bringing your attention back to focusing on your breath and back to sensing into your body.

It's really so simple,

The practice of mindfulness,

Paying attention to the present moment without judgment.

And as you feel your breath,

Notice the qualities of your breath without trying to change your breath.

Just notice what does it feel like to breathe.

And each breath bringing you more and more and deeper into your own body,

Inviting you to sense into your body,

Into your heart,

Into your mind and notice what struggles are present.

Where in your life are you judging yourself?

Where in your life,

In your body are you not feeling good enough?

Are you willing to turn your gaze inwards and touch upon any resistance,

Any pain and simply letting it be present.

Bowing towards your heart and honoring struggle and feeling your breath as it comes in and out of your heart.

Allowing the touch of your breath to soothe you,

To calm you wherever you need it.

And asking for the support of your ancestors behind you,

Noting them,

Feeling them at your back.

Sensing their strength and wisdom and remembering that you are part of the lineage of women and men who have traveled very far and you have traveled very far to come where you are right now.

For a very specific purpose to be you,

Your authentic self.

Remembering that we aren't here to resemble one another.

We are here to touch into our own heart and become whole.

And remembering in front of you the next seven generations,

Your own children,

Your friends children and their children and so on because we are part of a collective and a line of humans to evolve.

And always remembering that no matter how challenging days may seem,

They are here to lead us and teach us to become better versions walking into our full potential.

And then bring your attention into your own heart,

Inviting you to bring a hand or two and feel the touch of your palms into the center of your emotional being,

The home of your soul.

Acknowledging your own emotions.

Noticing what's present in your heart.

What emotions are there right now?

What feelings?

What mood?

And holding,

Turning towards yourself with a kind and interested attention.

Understanding that in order to integrate pain and frustration,

Stress,

First comes a state of compassion towards ourselves.

And many might say,

Why do I deserve compassion?

There's those inner critics always there to say why me?

Inviting you to drop the stories,

Drop the voices and remember that true love begins by loving yourself first and accepting who you are without changing a thing.

So let's breathe three deep purging breaths into our hearts.

Inhaling,

Flushing your heart,

Covering yourself with this wave of acceptance.

Exhale,

Exhale,

Letting go of pain or fear.

Letting go of old beliefs,

Patterns.

Letting them drain down into the ground,

Really feeling your body release.

Letting go of that grip.

You can do this and then breathe in again.

Filling up all the nooks and crannies in your heart that need your attention.

Exhaling,

Deep sense of forgiveness,

Forgiving yourself,

Forgiving others,

Letting go of resentments.

Breathing into the present moment and breathing again.

And exhale,

Exhale,

Making a sound,

Exhaling deeply.

Really feeling that deep state of connection to your heart,

To your authentic self resonating with the divine within and breathing here.

Stepping back is the compassionate presence that you are,

Your higher self and turning towards yourself with love.

How does it feel to love and embrace your own struggle?

So deeply trusting in this process.

Each breath letting yourself dive deeper into that space between the thoughts so you can touch your own authenticity,

Your own truth and let yourself rest here on your breath.

Bowing your head,

Honoring your heart,

Honoring how far you've come on your path and understanding that you are precisely where you need to be right now.

Everyone's path is unique,

Unique to what we need,

Each of us to awaken.

And change is uncomfortable and evolution is never meant easy.

It's not meant to be easy or else we wouldn't change,

Would we?

So letting yourself touch your own areas of struggle and resistance and letting them open,

Feeling that sense of freedom within your body,

Filling up your fingertips and your toes up to the top of your head with space,

With a sense of radiance and gratitude to be here now.

It's such an incredible time to be alive.

Wow.

And you're doing the work so commend yourself.

If you're here you're doing the work.

And then find an area in your life where you need nourishment and special care today.

One thing that you can do,

Kind towards yourself.

Already being here is expressing kindness towards yourself.

But find something you can do throughout the day and then inviting you to look around you and see kindness in others and tell them.

Tell them that you see them.

Because in truth that's what we all desire is to be seen.

So by seeing yourself may you see others.

And may that allow others to open to their own vulnerable self.

So that is the prayer.

Bringing your hands to your heart.

May I see and love and honor myself with kindness.

And may I see and honor and love others with kindness.

And let that resonate all throughout your body.

And breathe in and out with that feeling.

Allowing it to flow within your blood and bones.

Healing you.

Opening your eyes and taking the time to reorient yourself and notice how you're feeling compared to when you began.

Notice the shift and inviting you to walk with this presence into your days.

With this awareness.

This loving awareness.

And how easy it is to lose the connection and all it takes is for you to bring yourself back.

That's all.

Noticing when you lose connection.

Go into fear or anger or sadness.

Honor it.

And then bring yourself back to the moment.

So between stimulus and reaction there is a space and in that space is your freedom.

And that's Viktor Frankl that expressed that and it's very applicable in every moment.

Just remembering to pause throughout the day and honor yourself and find your breath and then begin again.

So thank you so much for creating this space together.

Each of you are very precious in this container and many are here since the beginning that meditate either now or later in the days.

Please share these and please walk this path of your own authentic self and I will see you tomorrow like every day it's my medicine to show up and to share.

I love you.

I see you and I'll see you tomorrow.

I love you.

Lovely meditation. Well presented. Good audio quality. A little less talking and more thirty or forty second silent periods would enhance the meditation in my opinion.
