Hi there,
This is Stephanie.
I would like to offer you a 10-minute higher power activation and just a moment to align and to reconnect to your authentic self.
So please close your eyes,
Tuning inwards.
Let's take three deep breaths together.
Exhale through your nose as you lengthen your spine.
Suspend your breath and exhale out your mouth with a long deep sigh.
Exhale all the air out.
Expelling completely the air from your abdomen and then hold the air out at the bottom.
And then breathe in again,
Inhaling,
Feeling your lungs as they expand.
And take in some more air and suspend your breath at the top.
Open your mouth and exhale with a sigh.
Exhaling,
Emptying out the back of your throat,
Feeling a sense of letting go,
Releasing any stress in your body.
Exhale all the air out,
Allowing yourself the space to ground in the present moment and holding the air out at the bottom of the exhale.
And then breathing in again,
A nice deep breath,
Inhaling.
Open your spine,
Take in as much air as possible and some more.
And exhale,
Exhaling all the air out,
Feeling that sense of release and grounding,
Rooting yourself in the present moment,
Giving yourself permission to land.
Lingering in that space of pause at the bottom of the exhale,
As long as you're comfortable.
And then gently closing your mouth and breathing in and out through your nose.
Turning your gaze towards your breath.
And this will allow for your mind to settle down,
Finding clarity and stability.
In the mind is really how you can dive into your heart and feel that inner connection to your higher power,
To your own source.
So let's begin creating our sacred container,
Sensing the ground beneath you,
Feeling its magnetic field,
The magnetic field of Earth,
Mother Earth,
Inviting you to call it whatever it is that you would like,
Just invoking the energy and this planet that lives and supports us.
So Mother Earth,
Gaia,
Great Spirit,
Thank you for giving us a home.
Thank you for supporting us.
Thank you for nourishing us and nurturing our hearts,
Giving us oxygen so we could breathe,
Delicious fruits and vegetables.
Thank you to all of the animal realms and all of the luscious water that keeps us hydrated,
Giving us the possibility to recreate.
And as you thank the ground beneath you,
Just take a moment to feel how that stability and calmness come up through your spine,
Calming down your nervous system,
Feeling that connection to the ground beneath you from your tailbone,
Going down into the center of the Earth,
Connecting to your own soul star.
And feeling that connection going up through your spine,
A column of light,
Liquid crystalline light,
Aligning up the back of your spine,
Through your brain,
Through your heart,
And extending upwards into your own soul star,
So your eighth chakra,
Your connection to your higher power,
And then aligning to the divine realms.
So just calling in the presence of your guides,
Your mentors,
Your teachers,
Using your imagination to connect to and feel the guidance and protection from the ascended masters.
So all of those who have inspired you in your life,
Just envisioning them above you,
Your light family,
And if you don't know them,
Invite them in to all of your light family.
May they feel welcomed now that your heart is open.
Remembering your ancestral realms at your back,
That through your blood you carry DNA,
And in that DNA you have many stories that you have brought through your lineage,
Stories that are coming to an end of a cycle that you are healing,
Patterns,
Behaviors,
And beliefs.
This is a very powerful time to shift narratives that we may have lived many,
Many years with,
So just bring that into your awareness,
Thanking your ancestors for their wisdom and support.
In front of you,
Remembering all of the children on the planet right now,
That we are here to evolve and co-create a better reality for them.
May it shine.
May abundance flow.
This is our mission.
We each have our specific higher purpose,
And that connects to the well-being and the highest good of humanity.
So feeling the safety,
This wonderful container that you have around you of support so that your mind can relax,
Your body can also settle.
Then bringing your hands to your heart,
Tuning in,
Holding yourself by feeling the pressure of your hands on your chest,
Just tuning into how you are feeling,
What is present in your body right now.
Where have you felt struggling or stretched in your body?
Judged or misunderstood?
Or maybe you've been treating yourself too harshly.
So tuning inwards and holding yourself with compassion,
Honoring your own path and your own emotions,
And remembering the more that you can check in with yourself and allow yourself to be honest and vulnerable and feel the feelings,
The more that you make space to connect to your own higher power,
Your own intuition,
Your divine resonance.
So let's take three deep breaths to release our meditation.
Inhaling deeply into the center of your heart.
Exhale with a long deep sigh,
Exhaling,
Releasing,
Letting go.
And then breathe in again,
A nice deep inhalation.
Exhale exhaling,
Exhaling.
And one more time.
Inhale and exhale.
Exhale all the air out.
Resonating at this higher frequency,
Feeling at home in your body,
Home in your heart.
May each thought and action and word come from this place of presence.
