When the veils between fields dissolve, we have access to higher dimensional fields. It is an opportunity to see more clearly and learn how to transform ourselves. Disconnect from the narratives of the mind to receive from this massive amount of light shining on the earth right now. As old programs, outdated beliefs and paradigms unravel, it is the moment for us each to awaken, to create and to learn how to hold more power.

Hello,

Welcome to our meditation.

We are going to begin our 30 minutes meditation in about two minutes and you can find a comfortable seat.

So,

Find a seat that you can commit to,

That you're comfortable in,

So that you can find stillness.

So good morning,

Good morning,

Good morning.

It's a wonderful day to practice together and it is a very,

Very powerful,

Potent time.

It is called,

What's occurring right now and until August 12th or 13th,

It's called the Lion's Gate portal.

And a portal is when the veils between the other dimensions and are where we are here on earth,

Where they sort of dissolve.

And so we receive a massive amount of energy,

A massive amount of light is being shown down.

And we have this opportunity to open to it and to allow our bodies to soften and to receive this incredible amount of energy.

And so today I want to focus on this power of choice that we each have to release old patterns,

Old behaviors,

Old attitudes,

Simply by noticing them and bringing them into our awareness.

And as well,

Things that we really want to bring into our life.

Once we've made that space and released old patterns of suffering,

That we can actually also bring in all of the beauty and joy and goodness,

We can bring that in.

So we have this capacity and now because of this incredible portal that we are in until August 12th or 13th,

Just by opening the top of our head,

Our crown chakra,

Just by clearing our thoughts.

So by finding that space underneath the thoughts,

Finding that stillness within us,

We have this capacity to release old patterns that aren't serving us and to bring in the goodness and to bring in whatever we really desire with our hearts.

So let's begin our practice and I am in my new home and this is my first meditation here so if there are new sounds,

That's why.

And I'm hoping that it will be quiet.

Yes,

So close your eyes.

Take a moment to turn your gaze inwards.

And as we open our awareness to bring in what this incredible and powerful potent Lionsgate portal has to offer us,

Let's do this by first finding our breath,

Breathing deeply together,

Inhaling,

Taking in some more air.

And exhale out your mouth with a sigh.

Exhale all the air out,

Really releasing the air out of your belly,

Squeezing the air out of your abdomen,

Bring your belly button to your spine and hold the air out.

Let your body ground and then breathe in again a nice deep breath,

Lengthening your spine,

Lifting up straight,

Take some more air in and hold.

And exhale with a sigh,

Make some sound.

Exhale letting go,

Releasing the air from your lungs and your belly,

Squeeze all the air out and hold the air out,

Connecting to your body,

Finding that stillness within.

And then again,

Breathing in,

Breathing in some more air,

Taking some more,

Suspend your breath and exhale.

Exhale all the air out,

Squeeze the air out,

Hold the air out,

Sitting in stillness.

And then when you're breath,

When you're ready,

Just closing your mouth and breathing in and out of your nose.

Really feeling each aspect of your inhalation as you breathe,

Noticing how your lungs fill up with air,

Your body rises,

Taking in as much air as possible and then holding.

And then when you're ready,

Simply exhaling out your nose,

Following with your attention and your breath,

Following the air all the way out and gently pausing at the bottom of your exhale,

Giving yourself this opportunity to ground,

To feel the support of the ground beneath you.

And then when you're ready,

Breathing in,

Taking your time,

Inhaling,

Pausing at the top and aligning to your breath.

This will allow for your mind to settle so that you can find clarity and stability within your own mind.

And set your intention now.

Think of an intention that you would like to receive in your life.

Or think of something that you would like to release,

Whether it's a behavior,

A pattern,

A belief or a relationship.

Just bringing that to your mind and set your intention by stating,

I would like to release and then stating,

I would like to receive and stating what you would like for yourself.

What do you want?

This is such a powerful portal and you have that capacity to receive and release.

You deserve it.

So state your intention,

Resonate it internally within your body.

Keeping your body ground,

Connecting to the ground beneath you,

Acknowledging it,

Remembering that we are supported,

Nourished and sheltered by this ground that we sit upon.

And all of us are sitting together on the same ground.

And feel that connection to each other,

Just imagining that our roots are anchoring us and all of our roots are connected to one another,

Giving us the support of each other.

And feeling that stillness come up through your body,

Calming down your nervous system so that you can settle.

Be quiet inside and finding stillness in your body and your heart and your mind.

And as the mind likes to think,

You may notice thoughts coming.

So please be gentle with yourself and if you notice you're caught in thinking,

I encourage you to bring yourself back,

Bringing your attention back to your breathing and to your body.

And gathering the four corners of your mind,

Bringing them down into your own heart,

Feeling into how you are,

Feeling within.

So bring your hand to your heart and either a hand on your belly or another hand on your heart on top and sensing and scanning within your own body and your own heart.

Just noticing,

Listening deeply within,

Noticing any emotions,

Any areas where you've been judging yourself or judging others.

Often when we're in pain,

It's so uncomfortable that it seems easier to project it onto others.

But this is an opportunity for you to tune into your own internal struggles or frustrations,

Noticing them and turning towards yourself with kindness and gentleness and loving awareness.

And it's very subtle,

This shift of noticing your pain and gently turning towards yourself with acceptance.

Also bowing your head,

Listening deeply within yourself and feeling your breath as it comes in and out of your own heart and allowing the touch of your breath to soothe you.

Remembering that we are not designed to suffer emotional pain,

Physical pain,

That we have this capacity to heal ourselves and transform any areas of struggle into strength and resilience.

So let's take three deep cleansing breaths into our heart,

Deeply inhaling,

Filling up your heart,

Taking in some more air,

Really expanding your chest and exhale with sound.

Exhale all the air out,

Letting go.
