Deeply healing and connecting regenerative meditation which begins by opening up a space of healing around you. Creating a sacred container to feel and receive, perpetually nourishing. Good morning,

A good day,

Wherever you are.

Welcome.

Please begin by finding a comfortable seat.

And we will begin our meditation.

So,

Beautiful Sunday vibrations here in Ibiza,

Blue skies and sunny.

And I want to offer you today something different,

A little bit different.

So probably,

If you've been tuning in,

You begin to notice that meditation and sitting down to meditate is about creating a space for yourself.

And in a very subtle manner,

Little by little,

You realize that when you walk around each day in your life that you have this opportunity to create a space around you simply by using your own awareness.

And we try and we put a lot of effort,

But so much of what nourishes us is understanding that we can regenerate ourselves simply by opening up and allowing ourselves to receive.

So instead of doing or trying or making an effort that in reality,

If we open and allow our body to feel safe and feel held by all of these forces that we have around us,

The ground beneath us,

Above us,

The divine realms,

Our elders,

Our ancestors behind us,

We can create a very beautiful sacred container to receive.

So today's meditation is about receiving.

It's about nourishing yourself and understanding that every single one of us has this capacity to regenerate.

And instead of perpetuating pain,

There's a little bit of animal activity over here.

We're going to try to get this guy out of the house.

Sweetheart,

You're in the wrong place.

OK,

We're just going to have a little butterfly.

That we are going to receive and restore.

So I like to use visualizations for myself.

And last night I offered this meditation to myself and it was exactly what I needed to reconnect and to feel at ease again and calm in my body.

You know,

There isn't a fire today.

This is just this butterfly moth.

So please close your eyes.

Hold on,

I'm going to open the window so this guy can get out.

Saved.

So we can only hope that we have the same feeling of liberation after our time together.

All right,

So find a comfortable seat and close your eyes if you haven't already.

Preferably having your hips above your knees.

So sitting up on a cushion.

Taking a moment to feel gravity as it weights your body down.

And becoming receptive and aware to all of the receiving energy that we have around us at every moment.

So that we can bask in this space of creation.

Taking a moment to just gently tap on the center of your heart,

Three times.

Tapping on your crown,

Three times.

Awakening these two very powerful entry points that we have into our energetic bodies.

And then let's find our breath together.

So take a deep breath in through your nose.

Lengthening your spine.

Taking some more air.

Suspend your breath.

And exhale with sound.

Empty out the back of your throat.

Exhaling all of the air out.

Feeling your body as it grounds and roots into the ground beneath you.

Literally feeling roots growing out of your body.

And then hold the air out.

And then take another breath in as you widen your shoulders.

Taking in some more air.

Suspend your breath.

And exhale with sound.

Exhale all the air out.

Squeezing the air out of your abdomen.

Bring your navel to your spine.

And then hold the air out.

Taking a moment to linger in that space between the breaths.

Feeling your body connecting and aligning to your own breath.

And then breathe in again.

Inhaling,

Feeling the air as it comes all the way to the crown of your head.

Taking in some more air.

Open up your lungs.

And exhale.

Exhaling,

Exhaling,

Exhaling all the air out.

And then hold the air out at the bottom of the exhale.

Lingering in that space of stillness.

And then when you're ready,

Breathing in and out through your nose.

Turning your gaze towards your own breath.

And aligning to your breath will allow for your mind,

Very busy,

Busy minds to gently settle down.

So wrapping up the four corners of your mind and bringing that down into your body.

Into the bottom of your tailbone.

Feeling your body waiting down just a little bit more.

Entering in our sacred container.

Asking for guidance and expressing gratitude towards the ground beneath us.

Aho,

Great spirit,

Mother Earth,

Gaia,

However you want to call this planet Earth that we live upon.

Thank you for nourishing us.

Thank you for all of the beauty each day that you unfold for us.

Thank you for your wisdom,

Your strength,

And your stability.

And giving us a home.

And then feel that great strength and power coming up through your spine.

Calming down your own nervous system.

And setting for your intention.

May the divine light and love and power of these energies around us.

Awaken us.

May we receive all that they have to offer.

May they bless us with wisdom.

With strength.

And courage.

To find alignment in our own lives.

Thank you.

Calling in the divine realms above you as your crown is open.

Sensing the angels and the archangels,

All of your guides.

Your teachers throughout your life that have impacted you.

All of the ascended masters like Jesus and Buddha.

May we feel their divinity and light and power.

And behind you,

Bringing in the presence of your ancestors with their support and wisdom.

Feeling their presence.

And understanding that we carry stories through our own DNA.

And we can heal.

Imbalances.

Through the men and the women.

Traumas.

Generations of trauma.

We can heal those through our own awakening.

And concluding,

Finishing the sacred container,

Remembering our purpose,

Our higher purpose.

To evolve our humanity.

To unite together.

To include all beings.

So may we,

We all may be happy and healthy and safe.

And then inviting you now to enter into a lush forest.

Imagining around you the dense and thick forest.

Whether it's a tropical forest.

Or a forest of evergreens.

Walking into your own image.

Of the perfect forest.

Filled with trees.

Becoming aware of all of the colors.

Even a bioluminescent quality.

Glowing.

Becoming aware of the lushness of this space.

In your own forest.

Seeing the range of all of the colors of green.

And feeling the atmosphere of softness and warmth.

Feeling the richness of the nutrients.

Listening to the sounds.

What do you hear in your forest?

Can you allow the melodies of the birds to go through your body?

Penetrating.

Do you hear streams or waterfalls?

And opening up your senses to feel.

Feeling the moistness on your skin.

Under your feet.

The richness of the soil.

And allowing that feeling to come up through your body.

Regenerating you.

Opening you.

So that you can receive.

How does the rainforest smell?

And as you walk through your forest and listen to the sound under your feet.

Open so that you can receive.

Basking in this regenerative atmosphere of creation.

Maybe you can hear animals.

And allowing your whole body to drink in the dewy moisture.

Through all the pores of your body.

You're breathing in life energy.

Receiving into the depths of your being.

And then bring your attention to the top of your head.

Feeling that crown of yours open.

Feeling a downpour.

A vitalizing energy.

Like a waterfall of shimmering light.

Into the crown of your head.

Washing over your eyes.

Feeling your eyes go down and back in the sockets.

Over your brain.

Feeling that downpour over your mouth and jaw.

Letting your jaw open and soften.

Allowing your shoulders to go down and back.

Feeling that pouring into your heart.

The center of your emotional body.

The home of your soul.

Giving you whatever it is that you need.

Lush.

Green,

Alive,

Glowing.

Flowing energy into your body,

Into your heart.

Feeling held from all directions.

Pulsating with this energy that's nourishing.

Ever expanding.

Vasking in this glow.

And in this space,

Offering yourself these sacred words.

As you're aware of the light pouring in to your belly now.

Down into your pelvic area.

Filling up your legs.

All the way down through your knees into your feet.

Feeling the word sacred.

What does that mean to you?

Connection.

Expansion.

Radiance.

How does that feel in your body?

And stepping back and witnessing yourself.

With this compassionate presence,

Your higher self that you have connected to now.

Deepening this resonance within you.

Feeling a reverence.

For your own life.

A gratitude for being alive.

And then bringing your hands to your heart.

Feeling the pressure of your hands as they hold you.

And repeating these phrases to yourself.

I am my divine temple.

My life is my altar.

I walk my prayer.

My life is my practice.

My practice is my life.

And so feeling your whole body now filled up with this glowing,

Receiving,

Continuing to open your heart to receive.

Whatever it is that you need to feel more whole and connected.

More aligned.

Feeling a profound balance within you.

Feeling a compassion towards yourself.

How does it feel to hold yourself?

With kindness.

And let's take three deep,

Purging breaths here.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale,

Release.

Exhale all the air out.

Feeling that release,

A letting go.

Exhaling.

And then one more time,

Breathe in.

And then exhale.

And then exhale.

Exhale.

And then one more time,

Breathe in.

And exhale.

So thinking the ground beneath you.

Thinking your ancestors behind you,

Thanking us in our community.

Meditating together.

Thanking the divine realms for always being there.

Bringing them into your heart,

Melting them there,

Remembering no matter when or where you are,

Always you have this strength and source within you to connect to.

Sensing that space underneath the thoughts.

When you can step back and surrender and trust in the unknown.

In the uncertainty that we have what it takes to evolve and to meet whatever we feel challenged with.

If we are grounded in our presence.

So whenever today you notice you're caught up in your thoughts,

Worrying or doubting or judging yourself or others,

Just notice it.

And then bring yourself back simply by putting your hands on your heart,

Finding your breath.

Take breaks so you can just reconnect and remember that we are here for this co-creation,

Evolution into higher,

More evolved beings.

So honoring this practice,

Honoring each other.

And honoring our own moments when we do get frustrated,

Understanding that's part of the process.

But instead of running away from the suffering,

To stay with it,

To allow for it to be there.

And so often you will notice that it will just dissipate.

So thank you.

And I will see you tomorrow.

Thank you for showing up.

Thank yourself for showing up.

And I appreciate and honor your commitment to your own truth.

Because once you make a commitment.

Then everything that unfolds in your life is actually an opportunity for growth.

Because you see things more clearly.

So thank you.
