Hi there.
Good morning.
So nice to be back.
I really missed this opportunity each day to be with you.
And I've returned from the most enriching moment of really pure connection with myself,
But also with all of my guides,
My light family.
Really just a confirmation of what I've been developing over these past couple of years for myself.
And from someone who was so scared of the silence to find so much absolute divine presence and connection.
It really is just magnificent.
And I learned a lot from my teacher,
From my teachers.
And I'm going to distill them over the next.
I mean this,
It was more also doing these meditations each day and creating this space for you and for me to heal was really also confirmed that this is what I'm,
This is where I need to be right now and with each of you.
So I will be sharing what I experienced and as I do that and what I have been doing is just creating this space so you can feel,
So you can feel that within yourselves.
So just to begin,
I already began,
But that everything that is within you,
All the areas that you're feeling blocked and resistant to change or to acceptance and forgiveness in your own life are precisely the areas when we go into stillness and we give ourselves permission to feel into our bodies and become vulnerable.
That's that really precise moment when we can experience our own divine presence.
So we have our,
We have so many different parts of us and we have so many different layers of us.
You know we have our physical body,
We have our hearts and over years of conditioning and pain we may have and most of us have closed off from our hearts and closed off from this incredible source that we each have within us to be and feel fulfilled and feel happiness and feel joy and when our hearts close like mine did,
I know for many,
Many years I said I was afraid of the silence,
But I was so afraid of the discomfort that I would run perpetually whether I was taking drugs or drinking or eating disorders,
Anything to not feel the pain,
But I didn't know how,
Well yeah I knew I was,
Well I didn't even,
For a long time I didn't know I was suffering,
I thought I was just having fun.
So little by little I realized because my body began shutting down,
My life began crumbling around me and I just wasn't happy that I hit rock bottom and decided that I needed to,
I needed to wake up,
I needed to get up and figure out what was happening because it was that part of me that knew that something was,
That knew that I could do it,
That part of me that believed in me more than all of the other parts.
So that's when I began my journey of self inquiry,
I did have a lot of help with psychedelic medicines but even after a while of psychedelics I still,
And always in therapeutical settings so not to encourage just you know,
Which can be fun but really to heal it's,
You need to be with a guide and anyway what I want to say is that it was only when I turned towards my own pain with my heart,
With my divine presence that we call upon in the meditation that I healed and it's a process,
It's never like okay so I'm,
You're never healed,
It's a never-ending process but once you begin on the path you start to get the hang of it and start understanding that when you feel stuck and when you feel blocked and when you feel angry and you get so triggered that that is the opportunity to go inside and to find those parts of yourself that are feeling threatened,
The parts of yourself that are so judgmental,
So critical and to understand that that is there that we can begin to accept and forgive.
So just encouraging each of you wherever you are in your life and man this,
Everything that this virus is showing us in my sincere opinion is to wake us up,
To show us those parts of ourselves that we've been ignoring and lying about and to show us how much we've relied on the exterior systems to not take responsibility for who we are and the way that we walk our lives because it's so easy now to blame and to say it's because of this government or that government but man this is our own,
This is,
We made this,
We are the human species,
It's not,
This is parts of us that we haven't been ready to accept.
So let's close our eyes,
I spoke a little bit more than I normally do.
Just feeling how you're resonating within your body with the words that I've been expressing and as each opportunity that we sit together find a seat that you're comfortable in so that you can turn towards yourself and feel into your own body,
Tuning into your own heart,
Feeling the weight of your body on your cushion or your chair,
You can also always lie down just inviting you to get comfortable,
Taking a moment to acknowledge this incredible place where we live called the planet Earth and really just remember that we are here and sheltered and nourished by this planet that is alive,
Mother Nature,
Mother Earth and Gaia,
However you want to call it,
It's your home and just you know from the center of your heart just say thank you for supporting me,
Thank you for keeping me alive and being my home and then just like you are an old tree,
You might see a tree from your childhood,
Let yourself grow roots down into the ground,
Just imagining the roots growing,
Connecting to each and every one's beautiful,
Beautiful roots and anchoring us into the soil of the planet all the way down into the center of the Earth and then let's bring our attention to our breathing to allow for us to go deeper,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Take in some more air and lengthen your spine and exhale out your mouth,
Exhale all the air out,
Squeezing the air out of your abdomen,
Hold the air out,
Hold the air out,
Letting your body ground,
Feel the weight of your body anchored into the ground,
Notice the stillness and then breathe in again,
Take a nice deep breath as your chest opens,
Lengthening the back of your neck,
Taking in some more air,
Suspend your breath and exhale with a sigh,
Exhale all the air out,
Releasing the air,
Exhaling all the air out,
Really feeling that release down into the ground of stress,
Anxiety,
Letting go,
Releasing,
Hold the air out,
Really squeeze the air out of your abdomen,
Notice the stillness again in your body and then breathe in again,
A nice deep breath,
Taking in some more air and exhale with a sigh,
Exhale emptying out the back of your throat,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Giving yourself permission to let go of the thoughts,
Letting go of the thinking,
Exhale all the air out,
Hold the air out and then now breathing naturally,
Inhaling and exhaling through your nose,
Really feeling the breath in your body,
Aligning to your breath will allow you to align to your authentic self,
Letting go of the thoughts of the mind,
Knowing that they might come and just not attaching to them,
Like clouds going by in the sky,
Letting thoughts come and go without clinging,
Attaching,
Giving yourself this opportunity to come into your body completely into the present moment simply by aligning to each inhalation,
Filling up all the way to the top,
Taking a moment to pause and then gently exhaling,
Following each exhalation all the way out,
Noticing how your lungs release the air,
Your diaphragm releases the air,
Holding the air and pushing the air out and then holding at the bottom of each exhale,
Giving yourself that moment of pause,
Kick starting this connection to your authentic self and then when you're ready,
Naturally,
Easily breathing in through your nose,
Noticing how your body rises,
Your lungs expand,
Your diaphragm fills up with air completely,
Really taking in as much air as possible,
Holding at the top,
Making sure your shoulders are relaxed and then following your exhale when you're ready,
Naturally exhaling,
Releasing the air,
Letting go of stress or tension with each exhale,
Draining down into the ground,
Holding at the bottom of your exhale before breathing in again.
Using our breath is really the most effective tool that we each have access to,
To dive into that space between the thoughts and really touch into our essence,
Our divinity,
Inviting you to bring a hand on your heart and hand on your belly,
Really feeling that connection of your hands into your heart center,
Into your abdomen,
Noticing when your body breathes,
How your hands and your chest rises,
Your belly opens and when you exhale,
Feel a gentle release,
A letting go,
Coming into yourself and then turning your attention now onto your own heart,
Asking yourself,
Where have I been unable to forgive my life?
Bring to your mind's eye either a person,
A situation.
Forgiveness brings you closer into your divine presence.
So just remembering,
Walking through the timeline of your life,
Who or what is there that needs to be forgiven in your heart?
What is blocking you from forgiveness?
So often we have difficulty in forgiving others because we haven't forgiven ourselves,
Parts of ourselves that may have been entangled in that dynamic.
So finding that area of your body where you're holding this inability to accept and forgive and this happens in many layers.
So just feeling the sensations in your body as you think about this person,
As you feel into that situation,
That part of yourself that is still holding on to the resentment.
Are you truly able to turn towards yourself now with acceptance,
With this loving presence?
Just holding yourself,
Holding this area of blockage,
This obstacle within yourself,
Breathing in and out of your heart,
Feeling quivering or aching.
And let's take three deep purging breaths here,
Inhaling through your nose,
Filling up your heart and on an exhale,
Releasing,
Letting go,
Accepting this part of yourself that wants to be healed.
Taking a deep breath in to your heart and exhale,
Exhale all the air out,
Releasing down into the ground,
Giving yourself this space and permission to forgive this person or situation,
Knowing that the mind will want to find many,
Many stories,
But inviting you to just keep this in your body.
Keep on feeling where you're holding this inability to forgive.
And then breathe in again,
Washing over your heart,
Cleansing your heart with your loving awareness,
Exhaling,
Exhaling,
Repeating to yourself,
I forgive myself for any harm,
Any pain,
Intentionally or unintentionally I have caused with my words,
Actions or thoughts.
I forgive myself.
Let your body receive how it feels to forgive yourself.
I forgive others,
Not making things right,
But letting go of their resentment that I'm holding.
I forgive others for any harm,
Unintentionally or intentionally they have caused me with thoughts,
Actions or words.
And I forgive myself for any harm I have caused myself.
All of the words,
All of the harshness,
All of the judgments,
All of the criticism that I have inflicted upon knowing that this is a process,
Acceptance and forgiveness is a process of taking responsibility in our lives instead of projecting or inflicting it onto others by owning it,
Integrating it,
And understanding that it's precisely in that process that we find our inspiration,
Our strength.
But as long as we stay in resistance,
In denial,
Lying to ourselves,
This process of transformation can't begin.
So let's breathe into our hearts.
Holding yourself,
Remembering that you have above you,
Your guides,
Your light family,
We have this tremendous support system and all we have to do is ask for it.
Just ask for,
Ask for your angels,
Your guides,
Your teachers,
You can imagine someone in your past or someone now that really sees you.
Just imagine them above your head,
Looking down,
Feel your crown open and receive this warmth,
Bathing of light,
Awareness of love,
Being seen and heard.
How does that feel?
Let your whole body fill up.
The more that you do this process,
The more that your heart opens,
The more that your heart opens,
The less self-absorbed,
The less self-enclosed,
Selfish we are as humans.
The one we give,
We receive so much more that we first have to begin the opening to notice that.
So letting your whole body fill up with this sweet surrender,
This feeling of being connected,
Feeling of being held and seen by yourself,
By your higher self and by all of these incredible guides that are there for each of us.
There's no exceptions,
They're there.
All you have to do is just believe.
So this is like a frequency and once you begin to navigate in this frequency of the heart,
Of the open heart,
The more you'll be present in your life and the more you'll notice.
It's like taking off layers of masks and skins and how much fear and how much those stories of the mind keep us from this.
So that's why I encourage you to remember this is a practice and take times during the day to realign just by finding your breath,
Grounding yourself,
Connecting to your higher self or your guides,
Your divine presence,
However you see that and just encouraging you if you don't feel that yet,
That that's okay.
It takes commitment and discipline and instead of reaching for a drink or a drug or whatever it is that you do,
That we do to numb,
Just think maybe I could just stop and breathe a bit and hold myself and remind myself that I'm just fine and that I know that this is a process and I'm going to meet it with my full attention right now and see what I need to learn instead of run from it.
And I know that it's not easy so just remembering or practice noise,
People,
Codependency,
Yes.
So thank you and I will see you tomorrow and thank you.
Thank you.
