Kuat This quick breathing exercise will uplift your mood in just one minute.

Simply stop for a moment and breathe using this technique.

Here's how.

We'll be breathing in for 4 seconds,

Holding the breath for 4 seconds and releasing the breath for 8 seconds.

We'll do this 3 times and you will feel calmer and uplifted.

Okay,

Let's go.

Breathe in for 4.

Hold for 4,

Breathe out for 8.

In for 4.

Hold for 4 and release.

And finally,

In.

Hold and out for 8.

Now you're ready to soar.
