Namaste beautiful soul,
This meditation inspired by the full moon and penumbral lunar eclipse in Libra invites you to contemplate that though the moon's reflected light is subtly dimmer,
It retains its fullness,
Undisturbed in essence,
A powerful reminder that your true self remains unaltered within the ebb and flow of life.
Find a comfortable position and take a few deep breaths,
Filling yourself with life energy and on your exhales release any tension,
Worries and anxieties you may be holding on to.
Settle yourself into this moment,
This time is for you.
Return to your natural soft breath.
With each breath draw closer to the essence of your being.
As the serenity that is your true nature washes over you,
Relax into this moment,
Just as a lake on the surface is rippled,
In its depths it is undisturbed,
Calm,
Serene.
In the ebb and flow of life,
Finding equanimity is a refuge,
A sanctuary,
Which transforms the complexities of everyday challenges.
Approaching the triumphs and tribulations of life with grace,
Composure and sameness of attitude,
Brings harmony and the inner peace which is your true nature,
This moves to the foreground of your experience.

Contemplate how adopting an attitude of sameness brings a sense of calm and peace to life's impermanent circumstances,

We each of us experience a range of emotions,
Joy,

Love,
Anger,
Frustrations and disappointments.
Between us all there is a symphony of feelings.
We are all one,
One beautiful musical masterpiece.
Joy ripples through the collective consciousness like contagious laughter.
Sadness,
Frustrations and disappointments are a shared burden.
Love is the universal language spoken without words,
Felt in every heartbeat.
Anger is quickly dissipated through understanding and compassion.
It is in the one experience,
Sameness is found.
The many instruments of each individual experience may be tuned to a harmonious and beautiful musical masterpiece,
Where the highs and low notes are experienced as being perfectly balanced.
Breaking free of thinking and behaviours of the past that no longer resonate with you is emotionally liberating.
Old patterns shaped by past experiences may still be shaping your perceptions and responses in present circumstances.

Courageously and without judgment examine any thoughts or behaviours that impact on your current well-being.
You are invited to set an intention to consciously nurture thoughts and actions that align with your values and aspirations.
Your past does not define you.
