Find a comfortable position,
Close your eyes if you wish and leave the outside world behind for a while.
For a short time focus on your breath whilst becoming conscious of your energy,

Breathe in fresh new energy and breathe out the old and stale.
Feel tensions and anxieties ease away.
This is your time to journey within to connect with the supercharged positivity surrounding you.
New moons are the start of a new cycle and with an Aries New Moon it's particularly a good time to end what isn't benefiting you and begin anew.
It's an ideal time to make new personal plans,
Be courageous,
Independent and assert yourself.
This may seem challenging but it's a great opportunity to tackle the core beliefs and fears holding you back and gain self-mastery which leads to self-empowerment.
You may begin to see that endings and changes lead to personal and spiritual growth and an increased ability to cope with life's curveballs.

Contemplate how you can take charge of life with endings such as maybe ditching a habit or removing yourself from negative people and bringing in the new.
Maybe getting guidance for your journey,
Starting a new health or spiritual regime.
Listen and be guided by your higher self.
Reground and focus on your breath for a few cycles with such a positive flow of energy Now is the time to take action towards a new direction or returning to your right path.
Do this with enthusiasm and confidence while staying attuned to your intuition.
This new direction will almost always lead you to a better place.
You need to trust this and walk through the portal open to you.

Drawing your happiness from within empowers you to honor and respect yourself.
When you become self-reliant,
You will find the resources to overcome any obstacles or fears to you achieving your dreams or destiny.
