This powerful full moon provides you with the opportunity to speak your truth,

To be authentically you and to manifest your dreams and desires.

Please be comfortable,

Closing your eyes if you wish.

Focus on your breath and be still and relaxed,

Letting tension,

Worries and anxieties ease away.

This time is for you.

Get your breathing got.

Be aware of your energetic vibration and how this connects you to collective consciousness,

The quantum field.

Simply be.

See light in mind,

Body and spirit.

See light in mind,

Body and spirit.

Review any new moon intentions or goals you are aiming for and until the gong,

Imagine yourself in the moment of your manifestation as if it is here,

Right now,

In this moment.

See yourself in your dream situation,

Feel yourself in your dream situation,

Implement all your senses to enjoy the experience.

See light in mind,

Full moon phases can be intensely emotional and there may be a need to find balance between the opposing energies of thinking logically and thinking more inquisitively,

Searching for meaning and ideas that expand your perspective.

Bring balance to the two extremes by not getting caught too much in one or the other,

Both aspects require nurturing.

Use the full moon to bring illumination into your life,

Let the light symbolically shine on any dark,

Non-serving areas of your life.

Until the gong,

Contemplate where you want to make changes,

What non-beneficial beliefs and behaviours you wish to drop and replace with lighter,

More functional behaviours.

Release fear and that that does not serve you once and for all,

Intentionally drawing an abundance of positive experiences into your life.

Notice the movement of your breath.

Bring some magic into life with your words,

Your word is your wand.

They are truly powerful,

Use them wisely.

Seek your truth,

Express yourself authentically,

Especially express any unrest,

Resentments or frustrations,

Express them with compassion and sensitivity.

How would you like to be the recipient of your words?

There are consequences to spoken words,

They can impact negatively or positively.

Remember to use them magically.

Whilst emotions are running high,

Remember don't sweat the small stuff,

Let some things ride.

Sadhguru says,

Confusion is far better than the silly conclusions people make about life,

You just have to learn to enjoy the confusion.

If you are seeking answers to any questions,

Ask for these just as you are dropping off to sleep and the answers will come.

Follow your intuition,

Avoid extremes and major decisions at this time,

The media especially will keep you in fear.

You are free to rise up,

To be the light of truth and as an awakening soul,

Choose to lift the collective vibration for positive,

Worldwide outcomes.

Feel your inner strength,

Listen to your inner voice.

Take time for yourself to find a balance you need to function at your best,

Nurture yourself.

Spend a short time in gratitude.
