The moon is entering a new phase and so this is an opportunity for a fresh start,

To close off the old and enter a new level of perception and consciousness.

Be comfortable,

Breathe deeply,

Turning your full attention to your breathing.

On your next out breath,

Feel tension leaving your body.

On your next out breath,

Feel your body relaxing.

On your next out breath,

Allow your mind to calm.

Returning your breathing to its natural rhythm,

Feel serene and calm,

Totally at peace with the present moment.

Go deeper into this moment.

Sense the space within you,

Your essence,

Your very being.

It's time to close off the old ways,

To cast off the limiting beliefs and behaviours that hold you back.

As the light shines on them,

They cannot last in the presence of your expanding consciousness.

You have the strength and ability to compassionately face what arises as you reflect on leaving behind non-serving attitudes and moving forward into new perspectives and experiences,

Enjoying the richness life has to offer.

Until the gong with an open heart,

Consider what you will break free from and what you wish to see more of in your life.

You are becoming more aware at recognising positive and helpful thoughts.

You are becoming more aware at recognising positive and helpful behaviours.

You are becoming more aware of yourself in time and space.

You are becoming more aware that others have similar life challenges and you are compassionate.

Your consciousness is expanding.

There is nothing to hold you down.

You can just let go,

Let go,

Let go and be.

Be yourself,

Unique,

Gifted and beautiful.

Focus on your breathing for a few cycles.

Through many of life's experiences we build protective layers around us.

In expanding your consciousness you are able to peel off the layers,

Becoming lighter and more authentically you.

In expanded consciousness you are able to stop blaming,

Able to accept responsibility for your actions and choose to move away from destructive non-supportive energy.

You can enjoy tranquil and affectionate relationships.

You are ready for your wings.

Feel the gong.

Bring heart to everything you do.

Be compassionate,

Be understanding,

Be loving.

Act from deep within,

From your spiritual self,

Light up the path for others.

Until the gong,

Feel the love that you are,

Feel the light inside you expand.
