This is tapping with affirmations to help banish the Christmas blues.
Christmas is supposed to be a happy joyous time,
But that's not always the way it is.
Sometimes we feel a little down.
So,
Let's do some tapping to try to ease those uncomfortable feelings where nothing really majorly tragic has happened,
But the feelings that sometimes happen around the holiday season.
You can tap on the various meridian points with me,
Or if you like,
You can just repeat these affirmations.
Maybe while putting your hands on your heart to send good energy and love into your heart chakra.
Just make yourself comfortable in whatever way is best for you.
If you're not used to tapping,
The meridian points that we will be tapping on are the karate point.
You tap on the side of one hand with two or three fingers of your dominant hand.
The inner eyebrows,
The temples,
Just below the temple area,
Under the eyes,
The area between under your nose and the top of your lip,
The area between your lower lip and chin,
Your collarbone,
Underarm,
On the ladies it would be where the bra line is,
So just imagine that,
And the crown,
Top of the head.

So don't worry about getting it wrong.
