Here's the third of a series of four morning EFT guided tapping sessions.
They've been designed to lift our spirits if we've been having a hard time lately or just need a little lift to make it through the day.
It's something to help us focus on improvement and things getting better.
Let's try to start the mornings with hope and faith rather than disappointment and discouragement.
Just a quick review.
The tapping points are the side of the hand,
Otherwise known as the karate chop point.
You tap on this lightly using your dominant hand to do the tapping.
The eyebrow point,
That's the inner edge of your eyebrows.
The side of the eye,
Gently near the temple,
Under the eye,
Under the nose.
The chin point,
Which is the point below your mouth,
Above your chin.
The collarbone point,
Just under your collarbone.
You can do one side or both.
Under the arm,
Your side,
And the crown,
Top of your head.
Okay.
Start by taking a few deep breaths to center yourself and release any tension or negativity you may be holding on to.
Begin tapping on your karate chop point while repeating the following affirmation.
Today is a new day.
It's filled with endless possibilities for growth and improvement.
I release any negative thoughts or emotions that do not serve me.
I welcome in positivity and joy.
Continue tapping on the following points while repeating the affirmation.
Eyebrow point,
I choose to focus on the good in my life.
Side of eye,
I am resilient and capable of overcoming any challenges that come my way.
Under the eye,
I trust in the process of growth and change.
Under the nose,
I am open to receiving blessings and opportunities for improvement.
Chin,
I am worthy of happiness and success.
Collarbone,
I embrace the journey of self-improvement.
I look forward to a brighter future.
Side,
Under the arm,
Everything is working out for me.
And the crown,
Everything is working out for me.
I trust in the process of life.
All is well.
Take a few more deep breaths and visualize yourself stepping into this new day with a renewed sense of optimism and positivity.
Feel the energy shifting within you as you let go of any doubts or fears.
Focus on the potential for growth and improvement in your life.
