Welcome to this brief meditation to connect with your optimal heart-brain communication.
We'll pause here for just a few minutes out of the day to connect to the wisdom of the heart.
By tapping into that inner ease and coherence,
We reconnect our body,
Mind,
And spirit to this optimized state of well-being.
First,
Get comfortable where you are,
Whether that's sitting down,
Lying down.
Take some deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Settling into a comfortable rhythm of breathing,
No right or wrong,
Just being here in this moment.
Focus your attention on the area of your heart,
Your chest area,
Imagining that your breath is flowing in and out,
In and out of your heart.
Continue this relaxed and comfortable pace of breathing,
A little bit slower,
A little bit deeper than usual.
In this state of heart-focused breathing,
You may imagine a white glow,
A warm glow in your chest area that pulses with your breathing,
Slowly expanding out within your body to the areas that call for attention.
As you breathe,
Bring to mind a time,
A place,
A memory,
A feeling of appreciation,
Care,
Or love,
A renewing feeling like this that activates the feeling throughout your body where your heart truly feels,
Truly feels that care and appreciation for someone or something in your life.
Notice that subtle shift in your body and in your heart as this feeling is activated.
Continue breathing in and out of your heart.
If your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Just come back to your breath.
Come back to that focus on your heart.
Live into the experience and the feeling of this renewing and regenerative emotion.
If you can't feel it right now,
That's okay.
Just the sincere attempt to activate these positive feelings creates a positive energetic shift in your body.
It's a good place to start.
Take a few more deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through your mouth,
Locking into this positive feeling.
Knowing this wisdom of the heart has created a change and a shift,
Created a little more room in your mind and your spirit to be able to be present,
To move effectively and efficiently throughout your day.
Stay here as long as you need to or take some last breaths in,
Feeling gratitude for taking just a few moments out of your day to connect in this inner wisdom,
This place of inner coherence.
Women,
This isets.
