Simply relax.

Softly close your eyes when you're comfortable.

Allow your attention to drift to your chest.

Observe your own breathing.

Do nothing to alter it.

Simply be an observer of the breath in and the breath out.

Notice simply by allowing the breath to hold your attention,

A sense of relaxation,

Of peace starts to come upon you.

Parts of your body relax.

As you slow your breathing down,

Your heart rate slows too.

Your internal mental chatter starts to slow as well.

Let your thoughts drift.

Don't attach yourself to any of them,

Just let them drift by.

As you relax and let go.

In your mind,

Take yourself to a beautiful beach.

A beach where the sand is soft,

White and silky and the sunshine is warm but it doesn't burn.

Lie down and be comfortable.

If you need a blanket,

Put one down.

Allow the tiny grains of sand to fully support you in every crevice,

Every bend and curve of your body.

Give yourself up to gravity.

Let go.

Give in.

Relax.

As you lie there,

You notice that beautiful energies from the earth are penetrating through the sand.

They reach your skin and your skin becomes warm and it starts to relax and become soft.

At the same time that happens,

The sun shines on your bare skin and it's soft.

It's warm and it's nourishing.

It doesn't burn.

It caresses your skin and your skin all around from head to toe starts to soften and lengthen and relax.

That beautiful healing warmth,

Lovely natural energies penetrate your skin and they reach the muscles and the organs within your body.

And they too become soft and still.

Everything slows down as you relax and you bring in healing and natural beautiful energies that harmonize your internal and external world.

And you give in.

You relax.

Then you notice that the beautiful healing warming energies that penetrated your skin and reached your organs now infiltrate every bone in your body.

And those bones relax and lengthen and become soft and still.

And you have totally given in to relaxation at a deep,

Deep level.

Your mind is empty.

Your body is light and deeply relaxed.

You feel so content.

You wouldn't move even if you were told to.

Your thoughts go deep within you to a beautiful bright light of divine energy that dwells in all of us.

Your connection to the natural universal energies.

And that light is bright and you connect with it at a deep level in your core and you go there now to spend some healing time on yourself and for yourself.

Let yourself drift down,

Down.

And I will come back for you.

If you're ready.

Begin to breathe more deeply,

Feeling the fresh air as it travels around your body.

Reaching all your extremities with every deep breath.

Drawing the oxygen in.

Bringing back to life your bones,

Your muscles,

Your organs,

Your limbs.

And when you're ready,

You can stretch and yawn.

And open your eyes ready to embrace whatever is ahead of you in a calm,

Relaxed,

Deeply harmonious state.
