This is a 60-minute full-hour version of the original yoga nidra 25-minute version sleep meditation. In this meditation, there are 20 minutes of yoga nidra. We have the intention to sleep, so please use this meditation to help you fall asleep with ease by setting your sankalpa/intention to sleep. The first 25 minutes are guided with yoga nidra. After that, there are 20 minutes of sound healing with singing bowls. These sounds are designed to help you drift off into a deep sleep and peaceful slumber. Followed by a light tongue drum to help you bring positive thoughts and feelings into your dream state. Lastly, finished with 5 minutes of stream-like running water. To wash away your troubles and allow you to flow into a restful state. You will wake up feeling more energized and refreshed. Sweet dreams.
