But you can also sit up straight or in a chair. Sound helps us to be more present. As you focus on the sounds of the instruments your thoughts are slowly washed away. With each vibration, you can focus more and more on the moment. Use a simple breathing exercise such as counting your breaths in and out for up to 3 or counts. If your mind is racing. Relax deeper and allow the sounds to transport you into a dream state. Deeply restoring, rejuvenating, healing and grounding. For ultimate upliftment, listen to it outside on the grass or in nature.
