Combined with 7 Himalayan singing bowls attuned to the 7 chakras. Deeply relax to the sounds, guided meditation, and simple breathing exercises of breath awareness. This is the perfect combination of guided meditation combined with sound healing meditation. Allow the bowls to guide you through any uncomfortable emotions and feelings. Hi I'm Yogi Nibi and I'll be guiding you through a sound meditation today.

We'll be using Himalayan singing bowls and breath awareness so just come into your space and allow yourself the moment to settle in and settle down as we take this journey together through sound,

Vibration,

Meditation.

Just coming into your space,

Finding a quiet space in your house or wherever you are,

Either sitting down or lying down,

I invite you to bring awareness into your breath as we begin our journey of sound meditation.

For the next 10 minutes allow your mind and your body to relax as my voice guides you through the Himalayan bowls.

Become aware of each and every sound.

Allow your breath to guide you into stillness.

I invite you to use your breath if your mind is racing,

You can count your breath in and out,

In and out,

Long deep breaths for as long as you can.

Opening our meditation practice with one chant of Aum,

The sound of the universe,

Creation.

When you're ready,

Inhale to chant.

The sounds that surround you,

The sounds of the singing bowls,

Each and every sound,

Bowls,

Feeling,

Sensation.

Become aware of the sound,

Feel the natural flow of your breath in and out,

In and out of your nostrils,

Feel the heavy sensation of your body,

Deeply relaxing with each and every breath.

Whatever comes up to surface without judgments,

Just allowing yourself,

Counting your breaths if your mind is racing,

Deep long breaths in and out.

Bringing awareness back into this moment,

Feeling your body here right now,

Bringing awareness back into your breath,

Back into your body.

Ending our practice with one chant of Aum,
