This calming Yoga Nidra-inspired NSDR practice is designed for those moments when you wake in the night feeling anxious, unsettled, uncomfortable, or unable to fall back asleep. Instead of trying to force sleep, this practice gently guides your attention out of mental activity and back into the body through breath, body awareness, and deep rest. This meditation includes a custom primordial deep rest soundbed created with soft brown noise, low grounding tones, and a subtle womb-like heartbeat rhythm. The soundbed is designed to create a feeling of warmth, containment, and being held while supporting relaxation and rest. Best listened to lying down in bed with headphones if possible, especially to experience the full depth of the soundbed. If sleep comes, allow it. If not, simply let yourself rest.
