Someone asked me today if I think we ever just dream and that there's no deeper meaning.

Honestly,

I don't.

After years of interpreting dreams,

No matter how odd,

Random,

Or totally irrelevant that something seems,

I always find meaning.

And think about it.

Why do we even sleep?

Yes,

It's biological.

The body needs rest.

But even that is worth questioning.

Why are we built to shut down for hours every single night just to survive?

So to me,

Sleep is sacred.

It's not just recovery.

It's processing.

And when we're awake,

We're too distracted for that processing.

We're overstimulated.

But at night,

Something deeper takes over.

Dreams become this internal processing system that's filtering our day,

Our memories,

Our emotions,

Even things we haven't consciously dealt with.

If life is a journey,

And I believe it is,

Then sleep is like a spiritual debriefing,

A place to make sense of what's happened,

What's coming,

And what our soul is trying to learn.

So no,

I don't believe that we ever just dream.

I believe our dreams are always whispering something.

And the question becomes,

Are you listening?
