A daily practice to open up and to listen to what your body, mind and soul are trying to tell you. We can feel overwhelmed by our emotions, thoughts and physical troubles. Our day-to-day can become "too busy" to deal with those unwanted feelings coming up and therefore, we sometimes tend to bottle them down. These emotions, thoughts and physical pains are indicators and symptoms trying to catch your attention (awareness). In this meditation, I'm guiding you to open up and listen within.
