Hello beautiful souls and welcome.

Today I would like to do a guided meditation to bring some calm and ease.

I know these times can be quite stressful,

So if you are feeling stressed out or worried or you would just like some peace of mind,

This meditation is for you.

Now I could recommend to grab some water or tea to enjoy after this session.

And if you would like to meditate with some crystals or gemstones,

Besides the amethyst and the selenite,

Which are always good stones to use during meditation,

I could recommend the chrysanth buril,

Which is also known as cat's eye,

Or the green aventurine for this meditation.

Now let's get comfortable in a seated position or laying down on your back.

And when you are all comfortable and ready,

I would like to start.

I would like to start with a couple of deep inhales and exhales.

In through the nose,

All the way into the belly and out through the mouth.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Quickly keep on breathing.

Notice if there is any tension in your body.

Just hold it for a little bit and then let it go with every breath out.

Let it go.

Start to relax your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your torso,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your legs,

Your feet.

Slowly begin to become a little bit heavy.

Let it all just sink in and ease out.

And if any thoughts come up or emotions,

Let them come.

Let them be.

You don't need to worry,

You don't need to do anything with them.

You don't need to process it.

Just let them find a place within you and settle down.

They may drool around a little bit more,

But that's okay,

It's okay.

You are in a safe space.

You can handle everything that comes your way.

You don't have to handle them,

But you can.

So just let them be and let them ease out.

And just keep on breathing.

It's okay.

Just keep on breathing.

You will find your way.

You will find your way.

You will find your way.

You just need to hold space.

And slowly let it all just ease out and away.

Out of your mind,

Out of your body.

Keep on breathing.

In and out.

Now let's go a little bit deeper in your body.

Find a place that you feel safe.

In between your heart and your navel.

Just underneath your ribcage.

There's your solar plexus,

Your ribcage.

There you are.

That's your safe space.

That's you.

Can you imagine yourself in a big open space within your own body?

And now draw a circle around yourself.

A bubble.

And within that circle there's you.

And it's filled with warmth and love.

Just stay there for a little bit.

Feel it,

See it in front of you,

Around you.

Notice how it feels comfortable and safe.

And loving.

And warm.

That's your safe space within yourself.

Where you can always go to and find some ease and peace.

That safe space is within you.

It is you who guards your safety and comfortability.

Now everything that happens in life you can handle.

But you don't always have to handle.

Sometimes you just need to find some trust in life,

In yourself.

That the universe has a plan.

And that sometimes you can just be.

Trust that everything will be alright.

It will find its way.

Now in your mind you can repeat after me.

I growl myself.

From within.

My safe base.

My deepest core is me.

I feel free in movement and creation.

I flourish.

And I let go.

I let go of all the things I can't control.

And when things get a bit too much,

I find that space within myself where I can feel loved.

Where I can feel grounded.

And where I can find trust within myself,

For myself.

And everything around me.

I trust that everything will fall into place.

I trust that it's all going to be just fine.

I trust that sometimes I can just be.

And live.

I am here.

And I'm okay.

And I'll breathe.

Breathe through it all.

Feel that power.

That strength.

The trust.

And the calmness.

It's all within you.

Now let's go back to that safe space within your body.

Your bubble.

And feel comfortable.

Feel loved.

Relax.

And breathe.

And whenever you're ready.

You might feel a bit of life coming back to you.

You might feel the ground again.

Some tingling and movement in your hands and your fingers.

Your feet and your toes.

Slowly.

And you might come back.

Breathing.

Come back to life.

To earth.

Here and now.

With a new profound source of light.

Safety.

And trust within.

And out.

Slowly.

You can open up your eyes again.

Now you know that you're safe.

Now you know that you can trust all that's to come.

All that's here.

All is within you.

Thank you.

And Namaste.

I love that Naomi suggests what crystals you could use for this meditation! This meditation gave me a sense of security and watered the seed of trusting myself that I planted a couple of years ago
