Bring it to mind,
Visualize it,

And we'll come back to that in a minute once we get the body nice and relaxed,
The mind nice and relaxed.
So just soften into your position,
Find a comfortable seat,
Or lie down,
Allow yourself to soften into this position,
Relaxing your muscles,
Knowing that you're held in this position,
You're safe,
You can just relax right now,
Unclenching your jaw,
Relaxing your shoulders away from your ears,
Feel your body just letting go.
In your mind,
Go through a body scan,
Scanning your body from your head down to your toes,
Just letting any tension go,
Becoming present with your body,
And tuning your focus from outwards to inwards.
Bring your breath into your awareness,
Your soft,
Gentle,
Natural breath,
Become the observer,
Listen and feel your breath entering and exiting your body,
Begin to deepen your breath,
Drawing in more air all the way down into the belly,
Expanding on the inhale,
And letting it fall on the exhale.
Breathing low and slow,
Low into the belly,
In a nice,
Easy,
Slow pace,
Bring that tattoo back into mind,
Whether it's a symbol,
A word,
A script,
An image,
A scene,
Whatever it is,
Bring it to mind,
See it clearly in your mind's eye,
See the shape,
The outline,
The color,
See where it is on your body,
Or where you'd like to put it on your body,
If you still are yet to get this tattoo.
Bring your awareness to that part of your body now,
Really feel the energy in that part of your body,
Where this tattoo lives,
And as you're breathing low and slow,
Inhaling and exhaling through the nose,
Nice and easy,
Begin to breathe into this location,
So see yourself breathing in and out of wherever this tattoo is on your body,
As you inhale,
Feel it expand,
And as you exhale,
