Welcome to your evening words of encouragement.

As your day is coming to a close,

It's a beautiful time to reflect,

Collect,

And release.

So let's just take a moment to reflect on your day,

Reflecting on how you felt today,

Reflecting on the things that made you feel good today,

Reflecting on things that didn't make you feel so good today,

And just reflecting on there is something that you could do differently next time to feel better,

And reflecting on what you really enjoyed today that you could do again tomorrow.

Little decisions,

Little choices that you make through the day,

No matter how big or small,

Find those choices that work for you and repeat them,

And reflecting on the connections you made today with people,

Animals,

The nature around you,

Just reflecting on the connections that you made,

Which ones filled you up,

Which ones brought up any certain feelings or thoughts that are memorable to you.

And after reflecting on the day,

Let's collect,

Let's collect the moments that we're grateful for,

The moments that we want to store in the memory bank.

So bring to mind a few moments that you're grateful for today that you want to collect and hang on to,

Remembering those moments in detail so that you can collect them in your memory bank.

And after doing some reflecting and collecting,

We want to release before it's time to drift off to sleep and refresh for the next day.

Let's just release everything from today that we don't want to carry into sleep,

That we don't want to carry into tomorrow.

It's a perfect time to release any of those thoughts,

Tensions,

Feelings,

And to release those,

You can bring them to mind and then sigh them out.

So to sigh them out,

Bring to mind what you want to release,

Big inhale through the nose and sigh it out,

Release through the mouth.

Remember that you don't have to hold on to anything that doesn't feel good.

So just release it,

Cleanse it out,

Get rid of it.

And if you can't think of anything specific that you'd like to release,

Just think of releasing all the energy that you accumulated today,

All the energy you picked up from the people you interacted with,

From the work that you did,

Or perhaps you're on vacation.

Just release all of the input and output from today so that you can start fresh tomorrow.

So as you inhale and sigh it out,

Just release the day with gratitude.

Now that we've released the day and we get ready to finish our evening,

Then you'll drift off to sleep.

Just know that each day is a new opportunity,

A blank slate,

And you only get every day once.

So taking a minute to feel grateful for your experiences today and excited for your experiences tomorrow,

It's all part of the journey.

I hope that you have a nice peaceful sleep.
