Uniting Your Inner Divine Masculine And Feminine Energies

Each of us embodies duality and polarity of energy: masculine/feminine, yin/yang, light/dark, etc. This guided meditation is intended to help the listener explore both their inner masculine and feminine energies, bringing the polarity of these energies into coherence, harmony, and union.

Welcome. This is a divine masculine and feminine meditation with the intention to unite these energies within you. We'll start by taking a moment to settle into your position of choice. Maybe finding an easy seat or lying down on your back to fully surrender and relax into the meditation. As you get more comfortable, Bring your attention to your breath, Observing the pace and quality of your breath, Noticing the texture, The taste. What does it feel like to breathe? With this awareness on your breath, Start to consciously slow it down, Drinking in each inhale and exhaling slowly in a relaxed way, Savoring the gift of life with each breath. Deepening into your relaxed posture, Maybe rolling back your shoulders to open your heart more, And making any small adjustments, Giving yourself permission to move and shift, To make any sound, To express yourself. In this meditation, As your inhales become longer, Guide your breath down to your belly first, Before directing the air into your core and heart space. Maybe even putting one hand on your lower belly and one hand on your heart, Feeling your breath, Your life force energy. Feel your body move with your breath, Expanding the lower belly first, Then moving into the heart space. Inhaling deeply, And with the exhale, Making a sound or sigh, Giving yourself permission to repeat the sound or sigh as often as you feel called to. Feeling with each exhale, The release of any dense emotion or energy in motion that may be trapped in your body. Allowing yourself to come into this meditation with a clear slate. And on your next inhale, Breathing in the energy of breath, Allowing yourself to breathe in the energy of breath, Allowing yourself to breathe in the energy and on your next inhale, Breathing in the energy of peace, Allowing calm energy to flood into your body at the crown of your head, With the intention to wash through every body part. Relaxation pouring in all the way down to your toes, Relaxing the arches of your feet and your ankles, Letting go of any tension in your calves, Your shins, Breathing peace up into your knees, Relaxing your quads, Your thighs. Peaceful energy pulling into your pelvic floor. Hips are heavy, Feeling relaxation at the base of your spine, Moving up vertebrae by vertebrae, Sending this calm energy into your internal organs, Your stomach, Liver, Intestines. And with each inhale, Welcoming in a peace and calm. With each exhale, Letting go of any tension or stress in your body or in your mind. Finding a nice calm center in your heart space, Relaxing your shoulders, Feeling them heavy, And allowing that calm energy to trickle down your arms, Curving at the elbows, And allowing that calm energy to trickle down your arms, Curving at the elbows, Relaxing your wrists. Peace in the palms of your hands and at the tips of each finger, Letting go of any tension in your shoulders, Your neck, Relaxing your jaw and your cheeks, And bringing that peace into your third eye center, Feeling this calm, Relaxing energy filling your entire body all the way to the crown of your head, Where it begins to overflow into the space around you, Into your auric body. And from this space of relaxation, Allowing yourself to zoom out, To observe yourself objectively, And start to consider whether you feel connected to your body and the qualities of feminine energy. How does feminine energy currently show up in your life? Do you feel connected to qualities such as emotional expression, Nurturing, Magnetizing, Open-heartedness, Wildness, Fierceness, Grounded, Intuitive, Radiating? Do you feel connected to these qualities? Are they important to you, And to what degree? Do you have a healthy relationship with these qualities? Or do you tend to suppress or distrust these qualities? Or do you allow them to completely rule your worldview without proper balance of logic without proper balance of logic and consistency? Taking a moment now to zoom out, To observe your relationship to neutral feminine energy, Considering any parts of yourself that may feel immature in your feminine, Any habits of gossiping or comparing yourself to others, Any potential manipulative tendencies, Fears, Martyrdom, Or low self-worth. And then, Considering all the circumstances that have brought you here, All the opportunities and challenges of this soul experience in this lifetime. And then, Maybe taking a look at the relationships you've had with the women in your life, Starting with your mother, Your sisters, Your teachers, Friends, Your lovers. How have they shaped how you express and embody feminine energy and femininity? Do you feel that you've had positive feminine role models or support figures? Or has this been lacking for you? Finding your inner feminine involves fully accepting where you are now. Your inner feminine is a very real part of you. She's innately linked to your sensuality and sexuality. And your divine feminine deeply desires to be the full expression and embodiment in full creation and destruction. But often, Layers of trauma and conditioning, Take a moment to allow the caricature of your inner feminine to appear. Who is your inner feminine today? Is she a little girl, A teen, A young adult, Or maybe she's a young woman? Is she a little girl, A teen, A young adult, Or maybe she's a wise woman, A student, A goddess, A priestess? How does she approach life? What is she afraid of? Who does she look to for inspiration? If you identify with your femininity, You may find this image is very similar to the physical representation of the person you believe yourself to be right now. You may find yourself visualizing a younger version of yourself, An older version of yourself, Or perhaps some other woman you know. Allow this awareness to form a sort of character, Maybe similar to yourself or to a woman you have observed. Letting go of any judgment and allow yourself to be the person you believe yourself to be. Allow yourself to get to know and objectively observe your inner feminine. Picture her as yourself standing in an empty room. Watch, Observe, And imagine you could strip away all the conditionings from society, All the projections of what it means to be feminine. Letting go of any experiences that have taught you to distrust or put down women or to feel less than because of your femininity. Letting go of any need to compare yourself, Your looks to others. Stripping away the concept of giving yourself over and over to be agreeable. Allowing all that to fall away, Knowing that you are the most impactful, The most nurturing, The most kind to the world when you are you, And when you are nurtured. When you are allowed to be in your fullness, Your wildness, Imagining all self-doubt dissolving, Dissolving, Being replaced with magnetic radiating energy of love and light. Picturing this person before you, Imagining all the things that have gotten in the way of her expression. Fear of being judged, Fear of being crazy or too much. Allowing all those beliefs to fall away. Creating space, Creating a container for the divine feminine to unleash. Creating space for a healed, Mature, Divine feminine being to birth into this reality. Imagine her evolving, Shifting into a transcendental expression of femininity. And see her take the form of her goddess, Her empress expression. At her greatest potential and her simplest form, No fears, What traits does she have? Think about her energy. Is she laid back and calm or is she excitable? Think about her magnetism. What does she attract? How does she create and nurture? What edges can she soften into? Imagine all the details of this person that you want to be, That you want to embody. Allowing her to take shape in front of you, To create evidence of what is possible for you. And then asking her, What messages do you have for me? Your inner feminine, Your divine feminine, Your sacred feminine. What messages do you have for me? Without judgment, Just holding space for any feelings, Sensations, Visualizations that may come through. Does she have any advice or guidance to offer you? Does she have any advice or guidance to offer you? Just observing, No judgment. What does she need to feel safe? What does she need to unleash herself? What does she need to surrender? And zooming out once more, Start to envision your inner masculine. Considering whether you feel connected to your body and the qualities of masculine energy. How does masculine energy currently show up in your life? Do you feel connected to qualities such as strength, Focus, Confidence, Discipline, Structure, Logic, Assertiveness, Courage, And self-esteem? Do you feel connected to these qualities? Are they important to you? Do you have a healthy relationship with these qualities? Or do you tend to suppress and distrust these qualities? Do you allow them to completely rule your worldview without the proper balance of flow and emotion? Taking a moment now to zoom out, To observe your relationship to neutral masculine energy. Considering any parts of yourself that may feel immature in your masculine, Any aggressive habits or areas of life you demand control or are overly critical, Confrontational. Where are you overly competitive or dominate others? And then considering all the circumstances that have brought you here. All the opportunities and challenges of this soul experience in this lifetime. And now taking a look at the relationships you've had with the men in your life, Starting with your father, Your brothers, Coaches, Friends, Lovers. How have they shaped how you express and embody masculine energy and masculinity? Do you feel that you've had positive masculine role models? Or has this been lacking for you? Finding your inner masculine involves accepting where you are now. Your inner masculine is a very real part of you. He's innately linked to your drive, Passion, And action. And your divine masculine deeply desires to be the full expression and embodiment of drive and structure to support your creation. Think about his energy. Does he take big action or quietly lead? Is he loud or thoughtful? Is his focus brain or brawn? Imagine all the details of this person that you want to be, That you want to embody, Allowing him to take shape in front of you, To create evidence of what is possible for you, And then asking him, What messages do you have for me? Your inner masculine, Divine masculine, Sacred masculine, What messages do you have for me? And without judgment, Holding space for any feelings, Sensations, Visualizations that may come through your body, Sensations that may come through in this moment. Does he have any advice or guidance to offer you? Just observing, No judgment. What does he need to feel empowered, To unleash himself, To lead? And zooming out once more, Imagine these two energies, These two sides of self in the room together. How do they interact? How do they address each other, Look at each other, Embrace each other? What is the relationship between your inner masculine and feminine energy? Allowing your inner divine masculine to come through and feel into that presence of divine masculine in service to her, In devotion to your divine feminine. How does this make her feel? What can he do? What action can he take to rebuild trust and make her feel safe? How can he create structure for her to thrive, To allow him to come through and take action? Just allowing whatever needs to come through to do so without expectation. No judgment, Just observing and receiving the energy and divinity of your divine feminine in this moment, Supported, Cherished by your divine masculine. And sitting with your divine feminine, Allowing her to feel safe, To surrender to your divine masculine. How is she in flow with life? How does she inspire him to take action? How can she soften and open further to him? Allowing whatever needs to come through to do so without expectation. No judgment, Just receiving the energy and divinity of your divine masculine. Seeing both parts of you come together in an embrace, Becoming one, Coming back to you, Back to yourself. Thanking your divine counterparts and keeping them in embrace so that you become one. Acknowledging that these energetic archetypes are within you. They're an innate part of who you are, Who you are becoming at your core. Underneath all of life, This is the balance of you. Spending a few more moments being here in this expression. Feeling that sense of empowerment, Feeling that sense of full embodiment and acceptance. Trusting yourself, Secure in who you are, Knowing your value and knowing that you can take this divine energy, This divine union, The sacred dance with you into your day-to-day life. Allowing her essence, Her magnetism to radiate through you. Allowing his values and motivations to shine through and guide your behavior, Guiding your expression. Bringing your divine counterparts with you as you inhale deeply, Coming back to your body, Back to the room, Back to this present moment. Let's take a deep breath in through the nose and gentle sigh out. Let's do another deep breath in through the nose, Fully filling up your body with this divine energy, This divine union that you are now aware of within self. Starting to find some gentle movement maybe wiggling fingers and toes, Rocking the head side to side or doing some neck circles.
