Welcome to your four bodies check in.
This is a five minute guided practice.
So,
Inviting you whenever you feel ready,
Just finding a seat or lying down,
Bringing hands to your heart space,
One hand over your heart and one hand over your womb and then just beginning to gently lower your gaze and close down your eyes.
Breathing in through your nose and feeling the belly rise on your inhalation and the belly fall softly on your exhalation and just breathing in and connecting with each breath.
How does your breath feel as it flows in and out?
Inviting you to keep a gentle and lengthened breathing rhythm in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Inviting you to check in to your four bodies.
First of all,
Asking yourself now,
How do I feel in my physical body?
How do I feel in my physical body?
And just tending to the answers as they arise,
Maybe there are physical spots in your body that are craving attention or awareness and so just lovingly sending your breath to those parts of you.
Not needing to change anything,
Just an awareness.
Breathing in and out,
Inviting you to ask yourself now,
How do I feel in my energetic body?
How do I feel in my energetic body?
And just sensing into an awareness of your energy field.
Maybe it feels really close or maybe it feels like it stretches far and wide.
Maybe you sense there are patches that need attention.
Maybe it feels strong.
Just noticing again,
Knowing there is no right or wrong.
Inviting you now to ask yourself the question as you continue to breathe in and out through the nose.
How am I feeling in my emotional body?
How am I feeling in my emotional body?
Tending to all parts of you,
All emotions and sensations.
If any emotions arise,
Letting them be there,
Letting them be seen and heard.
And last of all,
Asking yourself now,
How do I feel in my intellectual body?
How do I feel in my intellectual body?
Maybe you notice your awareness floating up into your head and your mind space.
Just tending to whatever is present and alive for you today.
And overall,
Just taking a few breaths here as you have checked into your four bodies today.
Perhaps noting now where you are in your inner cycle,
If that is relevant to you.
And how that cycle within or the cycles of nature influence or affect your four energetic,
Emotional,
Mental and physical bodies today.
Taking your hands down into your lap,
Taking as many breaths as you need to reawaken and come back into the present moment.
And whenever you are ready,
Fluttering open your eyes.
