Welcome to affirmation meditation.
Today's affirmations are all about pleasure.
I invite you to sit in a comfortable position and take three deep breaths.
All you will need to do is listen and internally repeat the affirmations a few times and observe what is there.
Take this time to let your conscious and subconscious mind feel free to whatever arises during these affirmations.
Don't focus too much on what comes up but welcome it and let it go if need be.
So close your eyes and take time to find eternal stillness within you.
Release any physical tension in your body and take time to relax.
At the end of the affirmations soft music will continue to play to allow yourself a few more moments of silent meditation.
