'Om Namo Bhagvate Vasudevayah' is a 12 syllable mantra of Vaishnavism. It is dedicated to Lord Krishna. Chanting this mantra brings inner peace, connects us to the universal consciousness and helps us achieve moksha or mukti (liberation) from the rebirth cycle. "I bow down to the divine light within" is what this mantra means and is chanted in the traditional 108 times in this guided chanting. We start by chanting 'Om' three times and end by chanting 'Om shanti shanti shanti'.
