Before sleeping, meditate to let go of your anxiety of the day. Use this guided bedtime meditation to observe your breath and relax your mind and body. The practice uses a healing light visualization to release stress and induce a peaceful rest.

Sit with your spine straight.

Let's start by relaxing your body.

Relax your head,

Relax your forehead,

Your eyes,

Relax your chin,

Your cheeks,

Your ears,

Relax your lips and your tongue,

Relax your neck,

Your shoulders,

Relax your arms and your hands,

Your chest,

Back,

Hips and legs.

Slowly go down your body and relax every muscle.

Let go of everything that you need to release.

Bring your attention where your nostrils touch your upper lip.

Feel that breath go in and out of your body.

Just observe.

Let the breath breathe itself.

Try not to control it.

Just breathe in and out.

Pay attention to where the breath goes in and fills your body.

Where are you breathing from?

Is it from your stomach?

Is it from your chest?

Are some breaths long?

Are some breaths short?

Be kind to yourself.

Don't judge your breath.

Just observe.

Breathe in and out and keep your attention on the breath.

While keeping your attention on the breath and observing it,

Also pay attention and keep your flow going through the point in between your eyebrows.

You are observing your breath.

Imagine a ray of light,

A healing ray of light.

Enter your body from the top of your head.

The color of this healing light is the color that's perfect for you for right now.

A divine healing ray of light,

The color of which is perfect for you at this moment,

Is entering your body from the top of your head.

The inside of your body is all hollow except for the spine connecting from head to the end of the spinal column.

The healing ray of light enters your body from the top of your head and slowly fills up the inside of your body.

Every part,

Every corner.

Keep your attention on your breath and see the light fill you up.

You're glowing from inside in your head,

In your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your torso,

Your arms,

In hand.

Feel it go down your legs and in your feet.

Every breath brings in more healing.

Every breath brings in more blessings.

Keep your attention on your breath and see the light fill you up with healing,

With love,

With peace,

With contentment.

You are glowing all over from inside in this light and slowly this light seeps through your skin pores and engulfs you in a glow.

You are in a circle of light that's all around you inside and outside in a bubble.

You are part of the light and you're filled with it.

Every breath brings in more divine healing.

And as you exhale,

You let go of everything that needs to be released.

See yourself in this beautiful bubble of light,

Filling yourself with love and peace and calm.

When you're ready,

Move your feet,

Toes and your fingers.

Keep your eyes closed.

Bring your attention back to this present moment.

Slowly move your body,

Rub your palms together and cover your eyes with the palms.

When you're ready,

Let go of the meditation and stay peaceful.
