After we finish chanting we will do a guided meditation.

You can be sitting or lying down.

Make yourself comfortable.

If possible keep your spine straight and if possible close your eyes.

I will be keeping the count so please join me in the chanting.

We will start by saying Om three times and we will finish.

After the chanting we will finish the guided meditation by saying Om Shanti three times.

Let's start.

Om Mani Padmehu.

Keep your eyes closed and take your attention to the base of the nostrils where it touches your upper lip and feel that breath coming in and going out We are just noticing the breath.

We're not controlling it.

We're not judging it.

Just be an observer of the breath.

Each breath as it comes in,

As it goes out.

Stay in the present moment.

Stay with your breath.

Imagine a healing golden white light coming from the skies into your body from the top of your head,

From your crown chakra.

A healing divine golden white light that enters your body.

Your body is hollow from inside and this beautiful healing divine light fills up every cell,

Every part of your body.

Feel it glowing inside you as it fills up your head,

Every part of your head.

Slowly it goes down your throat,

Filling up every part of your throat and your shoulders.

See it go down your right arm,

Filling up your arm from inside,

Healing every part,

Glowing inside,

Down into your hands and your fingers and thumb.

See it go down your left arm,

Down your elbow,

Down into your left hand and your fingers and the thumb.

See it glow inside your chest and your back,

Healing every part,

Healing every cell,

Going down into your stomach,

Into your stomach and your lower back.

You're glowing from the inside with this loving beautiful healing light.

Into your lower back,

Your hips and your legs.

Feel it go down your legs,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves and your feet,

Your toes,

Your ankles,

Every part,

Each and every cell of your body is glowing with this healing light,

The divine light that's blessing you.

You're glowing from inside.

With every breath I am more loving and compassionate to myself.

I am open and willing to practice being more compassionate.

I am present in this moment to experience the divinity within me.

I celebrate my presence and acknowledge the beautiful me.

I open myself to the universe,

To the love that the universe has to give me.

I open myself to loving me and accepting myself.

I open myself to success,

To my well-being and the respect that this universe has for me.

I open myself to knowledge,

Wisdom and a purposeful path.

I love myself.

With every breath I am more loving and compassionate to myself.

When you're ready,

Feel your toes,

Wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers with your eyes closed.

Bring yourself to this present moment and with a lot of gratitude,

Slowly open your eyes as we let go of this meditation.

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om Shanti Shanti Shanti
