Take a deep breath from your nose and take it out from your mouth and start by relaxing yourself.

So relax your head and your face.

Relax your torso,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Lower back,

Relax your legs.

Bring your attention where your nostrils touch your upper lip and feel that breath going in and going out.

With each breath,

You're grateful for all the blessings.

You're grateful for what the day has to bring for you.

With each exhalation,

You let go of what is not good for you,

What you do not need at this present moment.

Let go of what you do not want in your mind or in your body.

Keep watching your breath and take a little part of your attention on your forehead.

In between your eyebrows,

That point that's called the third eye,

Take a part of your attention over there and just observe.

Any thoughts that come up,

Let them go.

Observe your breath as you breathe in and you breathe out.

When you breathe in,

In your mind,

Hear the sound,

So.

When you breathe out,

In your mind,

Hear the sound hum.

As you breathe in,

So.

As you breathe out,

Hum.

Your attention is where your nostrils touch your upper lip.

Each breath,

You are very aware of it.

As you say so and hum.

Let the breath breathe itself.

If thoughts arise,

Bring your mind back to your breath.

Observe how your breath is breathing itself.

As it goes in,

As it goes out,

You're not controlling your breath and you're not judging.

Each breath as it goes in,

You're grateful for your blessings.

Each exhalation,

You let go.

Each inhalation is so.

Each exhalation is hum.

Every breath is an opportunity to be better.

Every breath keeps you centered and more connected to your inner self.

And you're so grateful with every breath that you're here and present at this time and connected with your own self.

Let go of saying so and hum and just breathe in and out.

Wiggle your toes and your fingers.

Bring your attention back to the body as is.

And have an amazing day ahead.
