Sit with your spine straight.
Let's start by relaxing our body.

Lips and chin.
Relax your neck,
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your arms and your hands,
Relax your spine,
Relax your chest and your stomach,
Relax your lower back,
Your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Bring your attention to the base of the nostril where it touches the upper lip.
Take a deep breath and feel that breath that's coming in through your nostrils.
Become aware of the inhalation and the exhalation.
Let the breath breathe itself.
We are just observing the breath as it comes in and it goes out.
Keep your awareness on the breath and visualize yourself in a beautiful garden.
Imagine yourself in a garden full of flowers,
Your favorite flowers as if somebody made this garden just for you.
There are trees,
Just the kind of trees that you like with flowers on them that you like.
There's a beautiful smell,
Beautiful smell of nature of flowers.
Perfect temperature,
The wind just the way you like it,
The sun shining and you feel the happiness within you.
Stay aware of your breath and imagine yourself in that beautiful garden.
There's a gentle river flowing on the edge that you can see the beautiful water,
Clear water flowing silently.
You walk in this garden and you see the beautiful flowers and you feel the calmness and the happiness within you.
All around you is beauty just the way you like it.
As you walk through the garden you see a space that's cleared up just for you to sit down and you sit there as you are admiring the beautiful nature around you.
You sit comfortably,
No stress,
No strain,
No tension and you sit there close your eyes and you start observing your breath as it comes in,
As it comes out.
You're smiling to yourself because you love where you are.
You're so grateful of this beautiful garden and of this beautiful temperature and the sun shining and you're feeling so good.
Every breath that you take makes you feel so joyful.
Every breath that you take you are grateful.
You are grateful for the love within you.
Every breath that you take you are grateful for the beauty within you.

Slowly move your toes and your fingers come back to the present moment very slowly.
