This is a guided meditation that uses visualization. I have used this meditation anytime that I have felt anxious or stressed. After I lost my hearing, this meditation helped me stay calm and positive. Hopefully, it helps you as much too. Setting: Sit in a quiet place without much distractions with your legs crisscrossed. Use a hard pillow to sit on, if sitting on the ground. Keep your spine straight as much as you are comfortable. If sitting on a chair, make your feet touch the floor.
