I'm Rev Skip and welcome to this guided experience all about the Law of Manifestation.
So you've heard me teach many times about the different universal laws that govern our life.
There is the Law of Oneness,
The Law of Attraction,
The Law of Radiation,
The Law of Circulation,
The Law of Gratitude.
The Law of Manifestation simply states this,
Your thoughts,
Beliefs,
Feelings,
And actions transform into physical reality.
In other words,
We're translating,
Transfiguring the energy that lives within us into our existence.
Consciousness creates form and form always follows consciousness.
We see it all the time.
We see it happening when an author has an idea and they write a book.
We see it when a composer has a song in his or her head and we finally hear the music.
A choreographer creates a ballet.
You create every single day from your consciousness.
Which way are you going to drive?
Maybe what you have to say at work to your boss or co-workers.
Maybe what you're going to create for dinner.
These are all thoughts.
This is all energy and we get to manifest it.
There are key principles to remembering the Law of Manifestation.
Number one,
Have faith.
Number two,
Your intention.
Number three,
Your willingness.
Number four,
Discipline.
And number five is gratitude.
Discipline all comes from our awareness.
So let's meditate,
Get comfortable,
Relax,
Begin to breathe,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Maybe take three deep,
Long breaths just to get comfortable and we begin with the key ingredients for manifestation.
Faith.
Do you believe that you can manifest the life that you want?
Do you have faith that this life you desire is within you?
Intention.
What is your intention for this manifestation?
What energy are you using for this manifestation to be realized?
What is your intention?
Willingness.
Are you willing to sit and meditate?
Are you willing to do the work for the manifestation to be realized?
Are you willing to cultivate this life that you desire?
Discipline.
We must be disciplined to follow through in action so that this manifestation will happen.
Gratitude.
Let's give thanks because it is already done in consciousness and now we are on a journey for it to be realized in the flesh.
Here are the key practices for manifestation.
Number one,
Create your vision board.
Get clear of what you want.
Put it where you can see it and you're reminded every day of what it is that you want to manifest.
Number two,
Affirmations.
Speak into existence what it is you want to manifest.
Number three,
Act as if.
Pour all your energy into what it is you desire.
Number four,
Believe and become.
Believe it can be done and then become it.
Number five,
Meditation and visualization.
Meditate to hear from the universe.
Each step is guided and then visualize yourself in the midst of what it is you desire.
Six,
Create opportunities to share.
Create opportunities to participate in your manifestation.
You are co-creating your existence with spirit.
Number seven,
Journal,
Journal,
Journal.
Write it down so you can see your progression and your evolution.
Eight,
Pray for clarity.
Once we have our desire and we are in the midst of the manifestation,
Continue to stay clear.
Number nine,
Make room for the manifestation to be received.
Sometimes we want to manifest something different but we have not let go of what no longer serves.
Let go of anything that is no longer giving you joy and love.
Make room for the manifestation.
Ten,
Keep your eyes on the prize.
Stay focused.
Continue to move forward.
So let's begin to breathe a little bit deeper.
Maybe move your head side to side.
Slowly open up your eyes,
Come back into the space that you are in.
Bring your hands onto your heart and I want you to remember that your vision,
Your desires,
Everything that you want is already within you.
You have everything you need to create the life you want.
